I love the place. Breathtaking view.

The room is clean. Staffs are friendly. They help carry your luggages especially with those steep steps. The view is nice. You're overlooking Skaros rock.

Fantastic stay, and even better host

This is one of the best places you could be staying at in Santorini, especially Imerovigli. 100/100 to Georgia, what a pleasant lady who made us feel so welcome and she truly made us feel like we were her guests. Property is fantastic, location is perfect, cleanliness, staff friendliness is just out of the world. If ever I go back, this is where I am going to stay. We loved every minute and hour of our stay here.

We loved our stay in Annio flats!! Georgia was an excellent host! This hotel made our trip memorable, we had a tub on the outside with the most amazing view of the Caldera! It was a dream being able to spend your day with that view Imerovigli is not as touristy as Fira and Oia, so it’s very quiet during the day! And you don’t have to leave your room to see the beautiful sunset! Fira is a 30 min walk! And you can do the hike to oia that takes like 2-3 hrs! I highly recommend you stay here in Santorini

An absolute 10/10. Can’t more highly recommend if you are heading to Santorini. The pictures don’t do justice to the views from the hillside. Georgia was an incredibly gracious host.

Georgia and her sone are incredible. From checkin to even saying they would drive me to the airport if the driver could not get there for 5:30 am. The view of the caldera and sunset are unbelievable. The unit I was in was very large and had more than I needed. Hot plate and a few dishes. Great for small breakfast or lunch Dinning recommendations were fantastic. They are right above the walking path to Oia and Thira. It was a bit tough to get to as there are no real addresses in Imerovigli. Contact Georgia to get. The drivers can all find it. You have a number of stair to climb down. But everywhere does for the most part. I had a hard time choosing where to stay and very happy I chosen Annio.

Georgia was a wonderful host. She upgraded our room to one with a pool and it was incredible! The location between Fira and Oia was perfect. We got take out dinner and a bottle of wine and enjoyed the sunset from our own balcony! Hope to be back one day!

Fantastic View

Phenomenal location, fantastic staff, they carry your bags down and back up the stairs to the room. We also got upgraded to have an outdoor jacuzzi tub. Best sunset on earth.

This is one of the most amazing places to stay in Santorini. The views are breathtaking and it is very centrally located, away from the crowded areas. The owners are the best individuals you can ever meet - they accommodated our special requests and had the room ready by 9:00 am in the morning. They took care of us as their own family and we didn’t feel like guests at the hotel. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Great location an overall review …

Great location for views with the Volcano of Santorini, Skaros Rock and coast line of Fira to Oia. The patio was large for seating to take in the views and the amazing sunset. The room was very comfortable with an old time charm and air conditioning worked like a champ. Georgia and her help made it easy to check in and were very accommodating helping with luggage up and down the stairs. The location was difficult at first but once you see how the cliffs of Santorini is laid out look for signs along the corridors. We rented a car so parking really wasn’t too bad. If you’re lucky enough getting there early can find parking at the top of the cliff in a roundabout. Which is very close to the stairs that lead to Annios. However can get very congested and has a narrow drive. The staff showed a picture where public parking was an it is 5-8 min walk away which makes things a lot easier. There is a market just a short walk down the hill which was nice and restaurants around the Annios but lil pricey bc of sunset view. Area was clean felt safe walking even at night to Fira main square about 20 min away. Can take in all the sights and tourist spots along the way while heading to shops and restaurants. Oia is farther walk 1 hour 20 min. Recommend transportation by car which then is 15 min drive. Was just a great stay and location and taking in the sunset on your own balcony is a plus while others have to fight for a good view in other areas.

Top notch service

Communication started before we even arrived. When we got there, an employee met us at the top of the property to carry our suitcases to our apartment. (One word of caution- there are 93 stairs to the apartment each time you come and go) Mikey, the receptionist/manager/concierge, was incredible. He was friendly and accommodating. He gave us great suggestions for food and points of interest. Now the apartment looks like a furnished cave built into the side of the mountain. It has a rustic charm with adorable decor and all the furnishings you need. But the most impressive thing about this property is that the terrace has one of the best views of the Santorini sunset. If you can handle a few stairs, this is definitely the place to stay.

Le personnel était vraiment sympathique et accueillant!! Ils ont été très proactifs dans nos quelques demandes. Nous sommes arrivés lors du coucher de soleil et notre balcon avait une des meilleures vue de l’île!!! Nous l’avons admiré dès notre premier soir! Chambre propre et à la grecque, très immersif! Espace cuisine très pratique étant donné que plusieurs restos sont exagérément chers, car très touristique.

The location was great for views and room to spread out as a family. The owners were gracious and helpful with everything. Centrally located we took taxis or walked but the walk from bus station was 30 minutes uphill. There is a restaurant next door that has some noise until 10 but other than that was quiet and serene. You can order from local bakery if you just want to enjoy the view and not leave the propery. It was exactly what our family needed as an escape from the hectic nature of life, thank you so much!

Service above and beyond.

We can’t praise Georgia and her staff highly enough. We were horrendously delayed (thanks EasyJet!) and Georgia remained in contact with us the whole time arranging an airport pick up for us at 1.30am and someone to let us in and greet us. The room was clean and comfortable, all the staff welcoming and helpful and the view and hot tub were amazing. Very close to Imerovigli Main Street. Can’t recommend their care highly enough.
