The rooms were large and very comfortable. I especially liked the chairs and the desk area. The room controls are very modern and night lights will come on automatically if you get up during the middle of the night (great safety feature) the lights come on to illuminate the floor next to the beds and in the bathroom. My room had two "twin" beds, they are a little small for me, but the pillows and bedding was very comfortable.
excellent value for money, would really recommend staying there - the staff were extremely welcoming and very friendly. The Room was a suite & it was fantastic with stunning views of the Andes, and great facilities
My best choice to Santiago! Very good service, awesome breakfast and fine options to dinner. Very confortable structure and good location (close to subway, supermarket and malls), also inside a business area.
The lobby kind of old, but the rooms are great. The restaurant food is wonderful(breakfast and dinner). Wifi was not the best. and had problems with the air-condition because the rooms were set to one temperature... The bedroom was big, nice view, and nice bathrooms, nice neighborhood... I would stay here next time
The hotel was fabulous. The rooms were very comfortable with great bedding. Always had English speaking staff and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a truly great experience. We had an incredibal view of the Andes. Which was so beautiful. The manager of the hotel, a man called Marco, was so very helpful and always had a smile in his face. The restaurant was first class. Wonderful food. Great service.
A nice hotel, where you got lot of bucks for the money. High standard in the rooms, restuarant with short menu but it covered most of the selections (seafood, fish, meat, pizza and salads) the wine selection was on a good level. Breakfast good but not the top one.
Not a central hotel, but there is a metro station in front. Excellent rooms, big and confortable. The breakfast can be better. Friendly staff, and we had a nice welcome drink. I trully recommend this hotel.
A lovely hotel with old world charm. Ideal for the business traveler, close to the business district. Friendly staff accommodate english speaking guests. Hotel has reliable wifi and rooms are spacious and neat. Beautiful views of the Andes make this a pleasant stay.
The room we were in has a view to the Andes Mountain...spectacular view...the room is so neat and clean ...the bathroom and the toilet is sparated which is a plus...one thing is though water is served check in day only.... The staffs are very polite and ready to serve and to answer your questions ...esp. the concierge if Im not mistaken Andre and the other two guys who were so helpful in arranging beautiful places to visit...breakfast was good with varieties of fruits... those guys who are at the restaurant were also very polite and know their jobs very well.. The area is located in a beautiful and peaceful place close to cafes and restaurants...in walking distance there is food court inside a mall and other restaurants plus cafes and bank is next to the hotel and the surrounding areas... it is so safe to walk or jog. All in all the hotel is very good...keep it up...if im coming back to Santiaho definitely will stay there
The hotel is located in one of the busiest avenues in Santiago and there are no sound proof windows, so the noise is terrible. The hotel is quite old and requires a revamp. The service is below average.
