We stayed at the Regal Pacific Hotel prior to a taking a cruise from San Antonio. The hotel was excellent in all aspects. It was well located and for getting around and exploring the City just a minutes walk to the Metro station. The room was large and comfortable with a lovely shower bathroom. The staff were superb being very friendly and always obliging. We ate in the hotel restaurant where the breakfast and evening offerings were extremely good especially the fresh fruit at breakfast. If we are ever again in Santiago we will definitely stay at this hotel and can fully recommend it without hesitation.
Following a great flight with KLM we were transported to the Regal Pacific Hotel which was to be our base for the next 3 nights. From the moment we were dropped off by our car from the airport we were given excellent service. We were early and our room was not quite ready. We were immediately invited into the bar for a very welcome complimentary drink. The staff could not have been more helpful. Nothing seemed too much to ensure we were comfortable and relaxed. The room we had was excellent. So much room spotlessly clean with the most comfortable beds you could ever expect. The guys in the foyer were more than happy to explain what there was in the city and how to get there. A super Metro system with a station less than 20 yards away was easily navigated after some great advice from the staff. We are in the hotel on the first night. Plenty of choice and the food was very good. We would gladly stay again if we go back to Santiago. Thanks to all the staff the manger certainly has a conscientious team who know the meaning of Customer Service.
Lovely hotel however beware of bathroom as tiles are like glass when wet!! Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely and really friendly. Bar closes at 1130pm could have done with a later finish. Room was soo clean !
My husband and I enjoyed our one night stay before getting a cruise from San Antonio. We chose here due to an arrangement that included a transfer to the ship and we were pleased we did. After a very long flight and delays from the UK we arrived, tired and hungry at around midday. Checking in was efficient and there was complementary water and fruit that was just what we needed. The reception staff, doormen and porters were very friendly and helpful. The hotel interior was modern, stylish and clean and had a gym and spa. We were close enough to walk to the shopping centre and a run in parque aruacano. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh fruit and cereals as well as a selection of hot food there was even honeycomb to cut out your own honey! We chose to eat out in the evening but the food being served in the restaurant looked very good and prices were reasonable. All in all very happy with our choice.
A very nice 5* hotel with crystal chandeliers and antique furnishings in the foyer. Room 1201 on the 12th Floor was a standard room but nicely furnished with a large comfy bed and pillow. But - very high tech lighting and TV system operated by remote control with no instructions as to how anything worked. Eventually had to take the key card out of its slot so that we could turn off the lights!! Usual buffet breakfast of fresh fruit, cereals, hams, cheeses, etc. with some interesting hot options.
Use hotel staff they are all great and speak very good English and give you good advice we could not fault them in any way one member of staff gave us a tour of Santiago which was first class and took about 3 hours well worth the time if we go back we would not hesitate to stay there.
We flew from Scotland to London Heathrow and caught an overnight flight to Santiago, Chile. We arrived to our hotel rather tired but checked in to an excellent room on the 16th floor.......just very stylish and comfortable......some refurbishment was ongoing but our accommodation was the best and the public areas quite stylish. A light lunch of charcuterie and cheeses washed down with lovely Chilean wine was just the thing. We had two good Dinners and enjoyed the choice of 14, yes 14 Sauvignon Blancs.....Buffet breakfast had a first class selection of fresh fruits and local honey. A great stay prior to our South America and Antarctica Cruise.......what an adventure.....we were lucky all the way with weather...a wonderful and memorable trip which started well at Pacific Regal

Very good place to stay, good transport. Underground close by went to the city centre Hotel Tour Excellent went to the mountains had an excellent day out. Our driver took us to a very nice place to eat
Our stay at the Regal Pacific was just a one night stop after a two week cruise. We enjoyed our very brief stay in Santiago so much that we have decided to return and will hopefully get to stay at this hotel again. A very modern and clean hotel, with very attentive and helpful staff at a great price!
