Our stay at the Regal Pacific was just a one night stop after a two week cruise. We enjoyed our very brief stay in Santiago so much that we have decided to return and will hopefully get to stay at this hotel again. A very modern and clean hotel, with very attentive and helpful staff at a great price!
Room decent size with comfortable beds. Good sized bathroom with double shower. Great views over part of Santiago and the hills. Very close to local shopping mall -take your Spanish dictionary with you if you don't speak the language, but they are all very helpful. Within easy walking distance of large fancy shops. Hotel staff helpful but make sure they understand what you are asking for - some speak better English than others. Pool is more of a jacuzzi - make sure you understand the rules, for example you are expected to wear a shower cap in the jacuzzi. Room service fine - pizzas good. Breakfast had fair variety of options - usual cheese and ham, some cooked, cereals and yoghurts, juices and fruit. Would have happily stayed another day or two to see some of Santiago but this was an overnight stop on the way to a cruise.
Stayed here for one week in a deluxe room. It was a very comfortable and spacious room, the best hotel bed I have slept in during my four week trip in South America and a sensational mountain view on a clear day. Bathroom was lovely, however, some people may not like the shower over the bath. All the staff that I interacted with in the hotel from checkin to checkout, where extremely welcoming, helpful and went out of there way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They all displayed an excellent level of customer service. Breakfast was lovely, with an excellent selection. I ate in the restaurant and the menu had an extensive offering, as a vegetarian I appreciated that it included a separate vegetarian section with brilliant choices. Metro stop outside the front door so it makes exploring the city very easy, all you need is a BIP ticket and you are set. Only negative was the gym, which I only used once because it is very small and I prefer to run outside, but I got the impression that the gym is a private rehabilitation gym or physiotherapist gym or something, I could be wrong, but it doesn't create a welcoming atmosphere for hotel guests. However it is a great neighbourhood for running outside. Overall lovely stay and would recommend to friends / family.
We were very satisfied with this hotel. The location was great. The rooms were very modern and well appointed. The staff was terrific, particularly assisting us when our cell phone was stolen downtown. If we returned to Santiago, we would definitely consider staying here again.
Was in Santiago for the first time, and very much enjoyed my stay here. The staff here is excellent, from the front desk to the bellmen to the restaurant crew. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with super views of the mountains. The neighborhood of Los Condes is clean and very upscale. There is a great park within easy waling distance, Parque Araucano, and the mall is just on the other side of the park. Restaurants also close by. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is the fact that they need another elevator (only two) and would have preferred a walk-in shower as opossed to tub shower. Neither are deal-breakers, so make it 4.5 stars. Good value!
very nice hotel, close to shopping mall, cambios and restaurants.good value for money, very nice rooms, andhad a very nice meal in the restaurant. the hotel is close to the metro to get to downtown,we only stayed for one night but enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again when in Santiago.
The rooms were large and very comfortable. I especially liked the chairs and the desk area. The room controls are very modern and night lights will come on automatically if you get up during the middle of the night (great safety feature) the lights come on to illuminate the floor next to the beds and in the bathroom. My room had two "twin" beds, they are a little small for me, but the pillows and bedding was very comfortable.
excellent value for money, would really recommend staying there - the staff were extremely welcoming and very friendly. The Room was a suite & it was fantastic with stunning views of the Andes, and great facilities
My best choice to Santiago! Very good service, awesome breakfast and fine options to dinner. Very confortable structure and good location (close to subway, supermarket and malls), also inside a business area.
The lobby kind of old, but the rooms are great. The restaurant food is wonderful(breakfast and dinner). Wifi was not the best. and had problems with the air-condition because the rooms were set to one temperature... The bedroom was big, nice view, and nice bathrooms, nice neighborhood... I would stay here next time
