Excellent hotel, clean, large room with all the services (excellent the coffee machine in the room), good breakfast and bar, and adeguate spaces for met people. Some problems with internet that should be improve.

Me and my girlfriend visited from the U.K. For 3 nights, this is a lovely place. The staff are very helpful. As an example we called as we were out all day on a day trip to ask reception if they could book us a massage for the following day at 11am, when we returned we found a sweet note under the door saying that they couldn't book 11am as it was busy, but had booked 2pm instead. In contrast to our recent stay in Lima where we booked the spa & they just completely forgot lol The breakfast was very nice with eggs, salad, cereals, pastries, some lovely desserts and also tea/coffee etc We didn't try the evening menu as we went out instead, but the food looked very nice. There is also a small gym, a steam room and sauna (separate for men and women), as well as a pool and outside area. I wanted to get some sunbathing in, but we just didn't get time :-( The hotel does seem quite geared to business travellers in its layout etc. But there were also families there. The location is also a bit out of the centre, but it wasn't too expensive to get an Uber taxi into town, so we didn't mind this. I would recommend this hotel :-)

Next to a super mall, this hotel has secure parking, nice quiet rooms, helpful staff and a decent restaurant. It's clean and comfortable. The shower room however, is bizarre. The walk in shower does a great job, but it leaks, and the leaks have been fixed with a clear sealant and fingers, so it looks terrible and still leaks. The basin can't be used for shaving or washing clothes because there is no plug hole, just a linear drain, and the bathroom has glass through to the bedroom -so if you go to the loo in the night you must do it in the dark or wake everybody up! It was, however, great value with a super breakfast.

Our family stayed here for one night after arriving from Australia, before heading up to Valle Nevado for a ski vacation in our rental car. The hotel is excellent in all respects. It is located directly across from a major shopping center which includes a supermarket. The restaurant is well priced and has good food. Breakfast was included in our rate and was an outstanding buffer. This is a great pit stop.

I traveled down to Santiago to ski. After some research, I found this hotel which is closest to the mountain access. Newer facility and friendly staff. The neighborhood is very safe. Across from the street, there is a large shopping mall and supermarket where you can get supplies. I will return.

The hotel is well located in la Dehesa, which is a nice area in the Northern end of Santiago. New, clean and modern with stylish reception, gym and pool. The breakfast buffet is good quality and a has reasonable variety. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Really friendly staff, comfortable hotel. The only thing we didn't like was the weird loos in the bedroom that afford NO privacy. Why on earth don't they put in translucent film over the glass. This problem has been mentioned in so many reviews. We have been married for years. I can't imagine the awkwardness they might cause for someone on a first romantic weekend away!

This Hotel has raised it level to a very good level. Now the Gim is working again and the staff is very nice. If you are a frequent guest they allways have something special for you. Sometimes at weekend they cannot cope with the amount of people and table get empty but they are getting better even at that level. It is not a cheap hotel but service is very goos.

A well located hotel with access to business and retail centres all around. Sensibly priced, clean and well designed for the business traveller with good security provision and very welcoming staff. A good restaurant and reasonable but not extensive wine list. The architecture is not to everyone's taste but I like the clean and contemporary environment with all the spaces working well. A little lacking of external presence and can easily be missed between buildings. A solid choice.

This is an Excellent hotel in very nice section of Santiago. Modern room design. Near luxury shopping mall. Very safe section of Santiago- felt safe walking the street even at night. Very decent room prices- about $120 usd per night.
