Love NH Hotels, great location, huge suite, lovely hotel , air conditioning, comfortable beds. Great location, we were able to walk to restaurants and around the area. Booked with NH rewards. Easy to reach from the airport . Was a great place to be after a long trip as we were going to San Antonio port the next day for which we used a car service.

We arrived at the hotel late at night after a delayed flight from Buenos Aires. With two young children in tow, we appreciated the fast and hassle-free check in. On first impression, I was extremely underwhelmed by the room. It was very dated, and things looked like they were falling apart. It was such a contrast to the previous hotels we stayed in that my partner expressed great surprise of my booking such a hotel. What worked for us was the space (we booked a quadruple room), which was comfortable for the amount of luggage that we had with us. During our stay, we found the housekeeping standards to be high. So although the room was old, it always felt clean, which helped a lot. Our toilet bowl choked on one of the days, and it was fixed within 10 minutes of us reporting the problem to the operator. The hook behind the toilet door fell off on the first night, and it was fixed by the next business day. There were sufficient power sockets around the room to charge our phones, cameras, ipads, etc. The mattresses were to my liking - firm, though the pillows could be replaced. I wished they would have provided coffee and tea making facilities in the quad room as well. I know that they were available in the other suites. Like previous reviewers have written, the level of English is not high among the staff here. However, there is nothing Google translate can't overcome these days. It could also be due to the language barrier that the staff didn't seem as friendly as they should be for a hotel. I'd have given this a 3.5 stars if given the option to. However, for the price we paid, it wouldn't be fair to nitpick.

After our cruise from Buenos Aires we stayed here for 5 days (Dec 18) to unwind before the long flight home. We found the hotel to be nice and our large room was quiet as (email) requested and overlooking the spectacular Andes. Check-in was simple although the reception staff speak little English and are all rather surly. WiFi is available throughout the hotel and there is a small (indoor) pool, sauna and gym facilities all impeccably clean. The breakfast was excellent and catered for all nationalities. Some hotels provide poor coffee, but here it was of good quality and lots of it. The evening meal menu is very limited but the 2 times we ate in, the food was well prepared and of good quality. Being Chile, the wine selection was good but not huge. The area is generally quiet as the hotel is on a street off the main thoroughfare. A 15 - 20 minute walk takes you to the Bella Vista area, an area which is popular for its vibrant nightlife. The same distance in another direction is the Barrio Italia area where you will find adorable cafés, Instagram-ready restaurants, and cute local shops. To get to the centre of town takes about 30 minutes to walk or just get reception to phone for a cheap taxi ride. If you want to go further afield, hotel reception can organise tours (but remember your phrase book and dictionary). In summary, a good hotel, not too far from the centre; however the staff must learn to smile.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Room large [1102], but a little tired: paper coming off wall, bath had seen better days, flooring beginning to break up in places. Good breakfast selection, with eggs cooked quickly to order. Reasonable view of city and, in the distance, the Andes. Staff on desk very helpful, especially when we suffered a mugging in the city. The hotel is a little out of the way, and unless you go out at night, there is only the hotel bar or restaurant to eat in. We used the bar, which had a limited menu but was what we needed.

I stayed at the hotel on two occasions in November of 2017. Both times the service was great (although English is not spoken widely so rudimentary knowledge of Spanish helps) and the breakfast excellent. Rooms are spacious and quiet albeit some a little worn.

Although I had setup airport pick up with the hotel, once I arrived there was no one there to pick me up. I called the front desk and they told me to just find a taxi. No apologies, nothing. Not a very nice experience.

Muy excelente servicio, Los empleados muy agradable, para nosotros lo que solicitaba eran muy pronto en responder nuestra solicitud. Very excellent service, very pleasant employees, for us what ever we requested they were very soon to respond to our request.

Needs an upgrade in service and facility. Took two requests to get the toilet working. The bathroom sink took forever to drain. Minimal toiletries and they weren't replaced when empty. Three requests for a iron. Heat and AC seemed to alternate in no relation to the thermostat. No full length closet space to hang pants or dresses. No full length mirror.

Good: Decent breakfast selection with eggs cooked to order and good, friendly service. Not great: Room was old and needs to be refurbished. Paint coming away from ceiling and walls in the bathroom. Sofa was old and stained. Amazing: English spoken here is very poor, thankfully my Spanish is ok. Pool was too cold for winter. Won't stay again.

Stayed here after a trip to the Andes before flying out. Our room was a triple which consisted of a king in a seperate bedroom and two double beds in another room. Attached to both was a generous sized bathroom and a closet off the main bedroom. The room was very reasonably priced and included breakfast. The hotel also caters for an early continental breakfast commencing at 5am. Hotel is situated a short walk away from various restaurants and a 6000 peso uber ride away from the ski express bus to the resorts. Overall, very good value for money.
