Excellent location on a relatively quieter street not far from the subway and Cerro San Cristobal. Cement walls and ceiling made for a very quiet room. I liked it so much at the start of my trip to Chile that I stayed another three nights before I returned home to Canada.

Overall we had a great stay. The room was spacious enough for two people, the bathroom was comfortable and stocked with soap dispensers instead of those dumb little bottles so it was really convenient, and the keycard access made it easy to get in and out. Enjoyed that the rooms had AC on the extremely hot Santiago days, but wish the remote had some better instructions. Really convenient power outlets right by the bed and good lighting/shades. My only major con was cleaning supplies. The room has a kitchen, and the hotel rules state you are responsible for cleaning the kitchen or you will be charged a fee at checkout. The only supplies though were a sponge and dish soap. I went to the front desk to ask for some kitchen towels or paper towels and was directed to walk to the store around the corner. There was also no spray for the counter. I tried asking the house keeper to leave us a rag but she also said she didn't have anything in her cart to help. There is also no toilet brush in the bathroom. Overall we were able to keep it clean and housekeeping at the hotel was great and helped wipe things down, but having to go out and buy a two-pack of paper towel rolls to use for a couple days was annoying.

Quando chegamos ao hotel, tivemos que fazer um depósito de 600 reais. Fomos informados de que as mesmas notas que entregamos nos seriam devolvidas quando fizéssemos o check out. Entramos no quarto, e os problemas começaram. O chão do quarto estava sujo. Tínhamos que andar de chinelo, para que nossos pés não ficassem cheios de sujeira. Estava um dia muito quente em Santiago, e o ar condicionado não funcionava direito. Acordamos às 4:30 da manhã para fazer o check out, pois tínhamos que ir para o aeroporto. Quando chegamos à recepção, fomos informados pela recepcionista que ela tinha entregado nosso depósito para outro hóspede. Como esse hotel lida dessa forma com o dinheiro de seus hóspedes?! Desleixo total! Exigimos uma solução imediata, e a recpecionista não me mostrou nada amigável e disse que seria difícil resolver nosso problema, em razão do horário da nossa saída. Após insistirmos por mais de meia hora, ela abriu um envelope com o depósito de outro hóspede e nos entregou uma nota de 100 dólares. Ficamos no prejuízo, pois, na cotação daquela data, 600 reais equivaliam a 108 dólares. Ou seja, além de todo o desagaste, pois estávamos preocupados em perder nosso voo, perdemos 8 dólares. Resumindo, nossa hospedagem nesse hotel foi um desastre completo! A quem pretende se hospedar nessa área, na mesma rua, há um outro hotel chamado Capital Bellet, onde nos hospedamos antes, que é muito melhor e não exige esse depósito.

Instalações excelentes! Inclusive tem um rooftop no hotel, que não estava funcionando pois aparentemente estava em reforma (fomos em setembro de 2025). Quarto com bom tamanho, deu para espalhar nossa bagunça pelo quarto e ainda ficamos com espaço hehe. Linda vista do nosso quarto. Bairro super silencioso e tranquilo. Tem muitas padarias e cafeterias por perto, da para ir em muitas delas a pé, até Starbucks próximo de lá, tem! Equipe do hotel é legal, mas não vi esforço em tentar falar nossa língua ou perguntar se falamos inglês. Mas sempre que perguntamos algo tentaram nos ajudar mas a comunicação era difícil por conta desse espanhol do Chileno que é diferente hehe.

Muy cómoda la habitación. El roof con piscina excelente aunque el agua no es templada. La vista es maravillosa. El gym es muy pequeño y poco equipado para pesas. Aunque se resolvió bien; al final tuve que extender mi estancia pero no me podían dar una respuesta de disponibilidad hasta unas horas antes del check out; lo cual me puso en un aprieto pues no sabía si tendría que buscar otro alojamiento.
