While I stayed in other hotels in the area with comparable price points, and this one offered nice views, there were some things with this hotel that let it down. Cleanliness and service is one. For eg, I ordered room service at about 5pm one day, and my tray (as well as all the other trays in the hallway) were still there 8am the next morning. Staff friendliness was mixed - some were warm and others gave the vibe that they didn’t like having to help you. The flush mechanism in the cistern of the toilet needed to be fixed in my bathroom at one point and the maintenance man knocked then let himself straight in! I was in the room but he did not even give me time to get to the door. There was no way to properly secure the door from the inside with a deadbolt or safety chain. As a solo female traveller I did not like this at all. The wifi situation was abysmal - I never got a good signal and they even had “back up” options (which made no difference for me). Luckily I had an eSIM so I relied on this entirely. Food in the restaurant is good. Personally, having just stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton Vitacura which is close by and where they have extra safety features and better service practice, I would not choose to stay here again.
