Me retiro el día de la fecha haciendo el checkout correspondiente del hotel. Lamentablemente tengo que escribir, ya que hubieron varios puntos de la estadía que no estuvieron a la altura del hotel y de lo esperado. 1) Problema en la piscina. Días antes a mí llegada, el hotel tuvo un percance en una de las piscinas. Motivo por el cual, ambas piscinas estaban cerradas. Esto fue informado al momento del ingreso, solo cuando se consulto el horario de las mismas. Viajaba con una nena de 8 años y el motivo principal de la elección del hotel, fue específicamente por el uso de las piscinas. El último día habilitaron la piscina exterior. Sin embargo, tuvimos una situación incómoda cuando uno de los hombres de seguridad se dirigió hacia los niños que se encontraban en la piscina, para pedirles de manera cordial pero vehemente que no llenarán el desagote de la misma moviéndose en la pileta de manera brusca, ya que el agua no desagotaba y caía en el techo del restaurante de PB. Si el desagote no funciona es algo que el hotel debe preever y reparar. Los niños son niños y juegan en la piscina, aún cuando no estuvieron tirándose, no se los puede atar. Me pareció desafortunado que luego de Días que no hubo servicio de piscina, tuvieran esa restricción. 2) Aire acondicionado ruidoso en la habitación. Durante toda la estadía el aire acondicionado fue insoportable en cuanto al ruido que hacía. Era un avión dentro del cuarto. Además de eso, el mismo no enfriaba correctamente aún cuando estaba a

The hotel is in a great location across from a park and close to shopping and dining facilities. It’s in a business district but very walkable. The hotel is is modern. The room was spacious, good shower and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time in the hotel.
