It is old hotel close to the airport. It is safe, the room was clean but outdated. No USB ports, limited outlets. TV in the room was ok but Netflix was not working. I called 3 times from the airport to understand how to get the transportation to the hotel but the person hang up on me. Finally I asked around the airport and I found out how to get the free van ride. Breakfast was good. It is a good option for a one night stay close to the Santiago airport with a fair price.

Airport shuttle easy to find and very efficient. Driving quite crazy and frightening. Staff bilingual, 24 hours reception and very helpful. Bit noisy overnight as in airport flight path but hotel quiet. Room clean, spacious, comfortable bed, great little garden, indoor and outdoor pool and gym. Would have been good to have kettle and tea/coffee in room. Long buffet breakfast hours but very inflexible if need very early shuttle and refused to even supply sandwich or drink in a bag unlike other airport hotels and wanted to charge more for that.

The hotel is good, staff at reception was very helpful, the grounds include some quite nice litle places, the transfer service is included and very convenient, and the best for me was a very comfortable bed. There was some confusion at check-in / out, apparently due to the booking made through Expedia, but was promptly solved. Public transport and places to buy necessaries are practically non existent nearby, as the hotel seems to cater mainly for business people who move around in taxis, if needed. In my opinion, the hotel is very good for business people or if you just need a "stop rest" between flights.

This was an emergency reservation and chose this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle, which never happened. There was no contact regarding pick up location and time nor notice about schedule to the airport, therefore ended up fending for own transportation.

Old and very bad service

AC doesn’t work. They maje do a peritoon at tje restaurant to have the breakfasr earlier and the. the breakfast doesn exist. They were unable to generate an invoice, they ask me like 3 times tbe required information and the invoice was not ready at my checkout. One of the worst experiences in the last years. Old and vad managemnt and atention for more than 120 Usd.

I tried to call and no one picked up the phone and then I sent him a message and no one returned my message telling him that I was at the airport and to send the shuttle. Instead I just took a taxi and it cost me $23. I'll never stay there again. They're better options.
