This is a comfy and bright apt. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and also a sofa bed that you can use as an extra bed. Is a modern building with pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, wifi area, service laundry, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo rental in Santiago, Chile. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was great and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

Wonderful stay in a central and safe neighborhood. Easily walkable or accessible to many places via public transportation. The apartment itself comes with everything you might need during your stay. The host, Gonzalo, was kind enough to let me check in early and was clear and quick with communication. One star was deducted because there was a miscommunication with another guest who ended up entering my apartment while I was sleeping in the early morning hours. This made me feel a bit weary to know that multiple people had the digital lock code to my door. Gonzalo was quick to resolve this issue, however it was still a bit unsettling. I’d recommend changing the digital lock codes after each guest.

Apartment on the 15th floor of condo tower. Balcony with shade all day long and a breeze from the mountains: an advantage with the hot temperatures. Well located with 6 restaurants connected to building. Bus stop in front and 2 metro stations very close. Two grocery stores (Tottus/Lider Express) 10 minute walk. Close to barrio Bellavista and Avenida Italia: great places full of restaurants/boutiques.

We needed a place to stay with access to the subway. This place was fine, no frills. Might be an idea to have a guest book with local info (besides dated guidebooks) and rules.

Amei a localização e apartamento!

Gente o apartamento muito confortável e organizado, fiquei lá durante 5 dias com minha irmã e uma amiga, foi tudo maravilhoso! Sem falar da piscina no rooftop! SENSACIONAL! A vista da cidade é linda tanto da sacada, quanto do rooftop na piscina, amei e pretendo voltar com certeza.
