Very beautiful hotel, we have traveled most of the world, and I’ll say that this is one of the finest establishments that we’ve stayed at. Multiple pools, multiple restaurants, multiple bars, tremendous view, great service, wonderful people clean room pretty much everything you’d want in a resort to get away from the workday. We are looking forward to going back again hopefully near the end of this year when it starts to get cold again. Thank you, Office for such a great stay.

Room was amazing (ocean view), staff was so friendly, Eric was our favorite. Food selections were not extensive but good. Definitely worth staying here. Hotel just needs to update their procedures for the day you check out (all other all inclusives we've stayed at let you eat/drink until your shuttle arrives)

Room was amazing - my husband junior suite. Very very clean - comfortable bed and great ocean view. The staff are very nice and make you feel comfortable. Mr Amado was very courteous and welcoming. I will definitely return again.

Staff doesn't speak english. I wasn't shown or told how hotel operates. 3 elevators to get to room. crazy crowded with different hotel ppl during the day. food is terrible. takes long time to receive. beach not private. overcrowded with locals and the other hotels guests. they want you out quick on check out day. maid walked in to turn over room at 10am. front desk told me I had to go at noon. eventually after complained they wanted me to pay late check out. no room included in that. left stressed out and not happy

Everything about the property is great. Beach access. Room beds are great. Views if you get the right rooms are amazing. Staff is very friendly. Only downfall is the elevators. It’s nothing bad just weird. You’ll know what I mean if you stay there. But definitely book this hotel say don’t think about it. It’s worth it.

Hotel de construcción reciente con habitaciones muy amplias, bien equipadas y muy cómodas. El acceso a la playa está muy sencillo y ofrecen actividades como paddle board y kayak incluidos en el el paquete de hospedaje. En cuanto a comida hay buenas opciones de desayuno y cena. El buffet de medio día es bueno, pero no espectacular. El servicio del personal es muy amable y atento, hacen la estancia muy cómoda. Es un hotel pequeño que ofrece opciones de disfrutar tiempo de descanso con tranquilidad, no es un all-inclusive masivo que tenga muchos restaurantes y bares, pero para el tamaño está muy bien lo que tiene. Al hospedarse aquí también se tiene acceso a los espectáculos y restaurante del hotel hermano que está a unas cuadras de este hotel. El proceso de check in and check out fue muy sencillo. En general fue muy buena experiencia y lo recomendaría ampliamente.

Nirú sobrepasó mis expectativas. Había leído reviews del resort antes que tenían opiniones desfavorables de la comida y por poco no reservo en Nirú. La comida del restaurant del hotel—el Bi Nisa—es muy buena. Es una mezcla de proteínas a la carta con buffet de acompañamientos. La calidad es mucho mejor que restaurantes de especialidad de otros resorts en los que tienes que hacer reservación y te ponen restricciones. Ofrecen rib eye, filetes, salmon, pulpo, camarones, etc. A la hora del desayuno el sistema es similar y también de buena calidad. La variedad de la comida del club de playa no es la mejor pero tiene calidad aceptable. Tiene 2 albercas grandes y cómodas. El club de playa es muy bonito y tiene una vista impresionante. La playa es una piscina natural en la bahía de Santa Cruz dónde todos pueden nadar. Mi habitación fue una Master Suite en el último piso. Estuvo excepcional. Alberca privada y una vista que difícilmente encuentras en otro lugar y menos a ese precio. La amamos. El sofá cama nonfue muy cómodo. Finalmente, el servicio es incomparable. Todos te tratan como a gente importante y no somos extranjeros. Los del bar te preparan bebidas con licor de buena calidad y con boita presentación. Los meseros dan su mejor servicio y la gente del concierge y de limpieza son grandiosos. Los que más sobresalieron fueron los de recepción. No recuerdo sus nombres pero el chico de la mañana y la chica de la tarde de verdad dan el extra. Nos encantó.

This suites have it all in excellency, view, service, food, & cleanliness! All of their personal were super helpful & attentive. Love it it is only 28 suites, it makes it very relaxing and intimate. The view to the beach is beautiful. Food was excellent. The best option to have the best vacations since this hotel has it all.

We really enjoyed our stay even though we had hurricane Erick pass close by. The staff went out of their way to help continue to enjoy our stay. They worked with us to add a day to our reservation due to our flight being canceled right before checkout. I would suggest they get a back up generator. But overall wonderful experience given the circumstance.

A key note about Huatulco in general, and this property in particular: despite it being all-inclusive, you are not in Cancun or Acapulco. First, the hotel. Though it calls itself Nirú Ocean Suites, only four of the eight total rooms face the water. And it's a bay, not the ocean. That said, the service was efficient and friendly. The hotel pool was hardly occupied (again, only eight rooms), and the bar, while poorly stocked, was open most of the day. The rooms were spacious and pretty. The towel service, complete with a card you had to turn in at the end of your stay, was a bit annoying. The Beach Club. Included with your rate, it is primarily for local and Mexican tourists, who pay a fee for the all-inclusive food, separate pool, and beach access. Not many international tourists here. The food is pretty awful. The beach is pretty crowded but has fine sand, and since it's a bay, no waves. Hotel food: here is where things got dicey. First off, the quality of the hotel food is significantly better than at the Beach Club, although they share some dishes. And this is where things fall apart. Since the Beach Club is primarily locals and/or nationals, avoid the salads. My wife, friend and I all got sick from it. Thankfully, we had a full day to recover before moving on to Oaxaca. Whatever the lettuce was washed in did not sit well.
