What we didn’t like was all the stairs, my wife has COPD and our room was down about 12-13 steps and if you were at the main restaurant and you needed to go to the lobby to catch a shuttle there were approximately 35 steps. We would not recommend this resort to anyone over 60. Orbitz should have told us about all the stairs but they did not so again would never recommend Orbitz either.
I would not stay at Las Brisas! Poor service, poor rooms found a baby scorpion in our room, poor transportation and poor food.

I loved the seclusion. quite, easy access to private beaches. Not crowded. Calm waters. responsiveness of staff. Transportation around facility was excellent. Buffet was top notch. The specialty restaurants were a waste of time. only one incident with cocky staff at pool that accused my wife of bringing a drink to the pool by screaming at her across the pool for everyone to hear when it wasn't even her drink. she just happend to stop by where it had been sitting for the past hour. Very unprofessional. Everyone else was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and would love to return.

We would like to share our experience that we had in,”Las Brisas, Huatulco” The views, this hotel has are breathtaking. The hotel is very clean and staff is friendly. If you have children this place is very kid friendly. We only paid for the breakfast buffet. They had plenty of options for our daughter and us. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We’re already planning our second trip.
The snorkeling was amazing. The food was much better in town. The wi-fi was throttled way down, no chance of streaming anything! The employees were extremely nice. No food at pools or beach was a real bummer, maybe a Covid thing. We really like our room and the ac worked great. We were there Feb. 2021

DON’T BOOK IT, We have been to a lot of places in Mexico and so far this is the most misleading five star hotel. Most of the staff are not friendly, the vive we felt there was
The location is amazing. Some ac units need to be updated and the restaurant “El Mexicano” needs a menu upgrade. All the other restaurants were amazing. You can swim in their beaches because the water was calm. We did some snorkeling.

I love how everything was so clean, and how everything look fresh. I definitely recommend this is the best hotel it looks like a jungle and it has 3 beaches how amazing is that!!
WE USUALLY STAY AT THIS HOTEL, WHICH WE LOVE. HOWEVER, THIS TIME WHEN WE ARRIVED WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH OUR RESERVATION. THE HOTEL STAFF STATED OUR RESERVATION WAS NOT INCLUSIVE, WHICH WAS AN ERROR. WE HAD TO GET OUR CONFIRMATION PAPERS AND SHOW THEM THAT IT WAS ALL INCLUSIVE. BY THIS ALL THEY DID WAS TO CHANGE OUR BRACELET COLOR, BUT OUR ROOM WAS A NON INCLUSIVE ROOM. NOT PREVIOUS TIMES.

We have special transportation, for those guests that ask for special transportation, these golf cars takes you to the nearest point to the restaurant and to your room for example.
