During check‑in, the front desk associate did not inform the guest that breakfast was served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Although this information was included in the booklet provided at check‑in, not all guests read it. Had she been verbally informed, she would have adjusted her schedule accordingly to attend breakfast.
