Room was quiet and the property accepts dogs. There is an Albertsons store close by, and the room has cooking and microwave features along with a dishwasher and refrigerator.

Very convenient for my needs. The suite was advertised to sleep 4, which was ambitious to say the least. Thankfully there were only two of us, but not sharing a bed. The fold out couch could only fit one, and it was uncomfortable!

The room was nice and large, bed was comfortable and clean. I didn’t like the toilet location in the bathroom ( located behind the door in an alcove so that when the door is open it appears there is no toilet in the room). WiFi signal was very weak

Very convenient and nice facility. Could update their coffee pot in rooms!

This hotel was perfect for our two night stay in Santa Fe. The room had all the facilities we needed, good restaurants and a grocery store were within easy walking distance, and the staff was both helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

Nice place to stay while in Santa Fe, but the room was a little too small for all the furniture and we felt cramped. Lighting in room was poor and it was difficult to read. The breakfast area was way too crowded and it was hard to find a place to sit and difficult to get our food.

The location was convenient and that staff was friendly and professional. The room might be a tight fit for two people.

Saw review said it was clean. The first thing I checked were bed sheets and towels looked clean, but carpet and sofa looked old and dirty. Due to the sofa was a pull out bed, no spring box, so no support to sit. That is, it sank in the middle, could not sit straight. I booked 5 nights (should have separate it to reduce the risk). I had some bug bites and started to feel itchy. I thought they were caused by some bugs bite because I went some hiking. Never thought they were bed bugs, until I caught one and goggled online. Reported to the front desk, but it was too late. It ruined my vacation.

Nice and clean hotel. Loved the little kitchenette too!

It was a cute hotel. More like an apartment which was great. The look of the place inside and out was very nice. Not close to historic downtown so not walkable to many places, except a grocery store and a couple of restaurants, but not far to drive anywhere either. Wi-fi was not so good. Had to sit outside the office/lobby area to get a decent signal and even then it was not great. Communication with office was not terrific. A day after we checked out I received a message warning me that if I didn't check out soon I would be charged for another day! It had been sent to me in error. Then when I emailed the staff about an item I thought I might have left behind, no one ever replied. But the hotel itself was great and I would stay there again.

I was in Santa Fe for a seminar. My hotel room was CLEAN which is a big deal as far as I’m concerned. When I opened the door the room smelled bleach clean. Which was fine with me because the smell was not overpowering and dissipated after a few minutes. I’ve stayed in places where the floors were sticky and the rooms had a funky odor. Bed linens were clean. Bed was a little on the firm side. Towels were rough (Need fabric softener?) and a little smaller than I’m used to. Blow dryer did not work. No coffee maker in room. But all in all a great experience. And yes I’d stay there again.

when I went to check in I was told I had no reservation. Further checking revealed that Orbits had cancelled my reservation I probably will never us Orbits again regardless of the cost. They screwed it up from the get go. it started with car reservation office closed befor my flight landed and it went down hill from there.

Great facilities, especially the kitchen and full size fridge. Good location as shopping nearby. Value for money.

We enjoy staying here because the price is affordable and breakfast is above average.
