Santa Fe Suites

2.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Love the easy access location from freeway into Santa Fe. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and polite professional staff that responded to every request.

Exterior of complex looks nice but inside it is very old and dated. Stains on the carpet, trash had not been taken out from last stay. old and dirty. Staff were just OK. It is obviously setup for the very cheap long term client and I'm sure that is the majority of the business they do.

It's a good hotel nothing fancy but it sure has everything ... we stayed one night and we liked it

Simple but comfortable Easy access to Santa Fe downtown or museum hill (10 -15 mn drive)

Front desk people rude, room no nice, kind of old and rooms smell weird!! Did not like it!!

Normally I would not consider staying at a hotel this inexpensive -- I would assume it was terrible. But it came highly recommended and it was great! The beds were a bit old and creaky, the toilet had a couple paint chips, but everything was clean and good. Highly recommended.

Pretty place, looks like apartments from the outside. Our room was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen except for the mugs and glasses, but they provided stuff for 2 in the cabinets. Cabinets are outdated and show some wear, looks, like the classic white with wood trim that was popular in the 1980s. The toilet seat had a big brown stain, which apparently was due to someone scrubbing it hard enough to remove some of the finish. But otherwise the room was clean. We would stay here again.

Clean room with fridge and small stove. Hotel staff was at front desk even though I arrived late in the evening. It was hard to find using my GPS but it was right by Albertsons.

Room was clean, very important. Just needed place for a short nights sleep. The room definitely could use a new mattress and sofa. For the Orbitz one day only sale price I would use it again.

Decent experience. Staff was very welcoming. Room had a smell to it. Had to open the windows to air out. Other than that room was ok

This hotel is very under-rated in the reviews. It exceeded my expectations for cleanliness and convenience to places. Downtown plaza was 10-15 min. away and Ski Santa Fe was 40 min. Comfort was average but the little kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave (which all worked) put it over the top especially for $50 a night. The house keeper even did our dishes and pans in the sink, which I didn't expect. Only con was internet was sometimes slow. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The room was nicer than expected, it had a nice santa fe feel to it and was well equipped with a small kitchen .

Bed and pillows horrible. Walls are dingy, stained and gross. Black shower scum. Neighbors either had really bad active insomnia or could have been on drugs. Dragging rolling suitcases up and down stairs ALL night until after 3pm when I finally passed out from exhaustion. Closet missing knobs to open. Had 1/2 roll of toilet paper with no spare or backup. Found out right when I needed it, called for some to be brought over, was told I'd have to come get it myself. Got dressed at nearly 1am to walk over and get it and there were 2 employees there, one could have brought it tout me. Had to call at 3 am about Neighbor noise. Averaged about 3-4 hours a night for sleep.

Warm comfortable & cozy . Nice location.. Good breakfast

Great kitchen and location . Even had a small dishwasher!

This is a very cute and fun place to stay. The only complaint I would have is that there seems to be maintenance issues in several of the units. My first room had a broken bed, broken dishwasher, and was missing two thirds of the dishes. I told the front desk and they promptly moved me to a new room. That room had a broken desk, missing dishes, and twin bedding on a full bed. Other than maintenance issues, however my stay was great. Continental breakfast was as most are. Nothing fancy.

I stayed for a week due to a job, stay was great, staff was great! Love having kitchen and supplies for cooking. The only 2 small complaints I had were the doors open and close too loudly, and very little water pressure in the shower. Overall I love this place and will continue to stay there!

This is probably the first hotel/motel i have stayed at where I actively noticed how quiet my room was. Parking was close to my room every day of the 4 days i spent here. I was quite pleased to see that the room had fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and pretty much fully furnished kitchen, and ironing board and iron in the room. My ONLY negative was there was not coffee maker in the room. The location was fantastic, right behind a nice Albertson's and a Walgreens across the street, Subway, Papa Murphy's and a Japanese restaurant all within a block walk and in the same shopping center that was located right in front of Santa Fe Suites! The room was clean. A great bang for your buck!

I have stayed a few times, but this is my first rating. I like the price and location. Very comfortable and clean. Staff this time was very friendly with a smile. Very quiet and clean grounds. Overall my experiences have been above average.
