Check in was easy. Only spent 6 hours there to sleep. The light in the shower room didn’t work but the warmer light did and was bright enough. The shower pressure was excellent.The bed was comfortable. My only big complaint is that there are some sketchy people out on the street that night I was there. My car even captured one of them trying to open my car door. It could just the area that this property is located. I wouldn’t come back and would try another place in town for the same price.

Pretty run down. Curtain rod was broken, the toilet ran non stop and leaked, the bathroom trash can liner was on the floor in the middle of the bathroom and the trash can had a couple inches of water in it, that I’m guessing someone before me was having to use to get the toilet to function. I think I probably got what I paid for, but I think I’d be trying my luck elsewhere next time.

A for effort. Room for improvement.

Upon check-in, we learned that there was no elevator, which was a problem for my aging mother, but the gentleman at the front desk quickly changed her room to be on the ground floor even though it was a double bed room, and didn’t charge us more. That was very well handled. The cleaning staff we were friendly and good at their jobs. All the linens seemed clean and fresh. You can tell that they were trying to make the hotel nice and updated, (new furniture in the rooms, new tile in the hallways, fresh paint), but a lot of the other parts were worn out, i.e, the doors to the outside, the ice machines, and they painted over doors or walls that needed to be patched better first. Still not sure about the carpet in there. Overall, it was an incredible value for a place to stay and I appreciated what they are trying to accomplish by providing an affordable, clean, nice place. There’s room for improvement though.

Very good value in a motel with nice amenities.

Great location and very good facility - clean and well maintained. Even has live cooks for the breakfast and a shuttle to the plaza. And everything works. Would have given it five stars BUT - I reported a room with dog who started barking, winning etc at 7:00 am and it went on for more than an hour. The manager was indifferent and said something inappropriate to me. I was going to at that time book two more nights and left and stayed two nights at the Hotel Inn Sante Fe. So no five stars, lost two nights of bookings and not sure about the dog.

This is an older motel, but it is properly maintained. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hot water was not adjustable. It was just hot.

I liked it so I stayed two nights. Clean and comfortable with a staff who were friendly and would solve problems quickly. Had a couch which I appreciated. Simple but great value for the price.

I stayed here because of the reviews on Expedia and the price. When I got here it was way different than the pictures. The hotel seems unfinished. The towel rack was missing rails and came apart when I got a towel. My room had a lot of empty space.
