Guest services very polite a d accommodating. Hot tub out of order but they were working hard to fix it.

The restroom tub was dirty and had black grime on it. Also the restroom door had hairs stuck to the door. It was not acceptable at all.

The check-in took a bit longer than usual in our experience, not sure why, but it was not a long delay. The inner security locks on the room door didn't work. The side exit-entrance from the parking lot was convenient but the door and that hallway area were somewhat dirty. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, the food was well prepared and there were many choices. The hotel location was convenient. Given that there are many other hotel choices in the nearby area of Santa Fe, I would make a different choice if we visit there again.

personnel at front desk was very friendly, caferteria didn't have enough for breakfast poor girl was in a rash to defreeze food, the smell of hallways was really disgusting, really stinking ., I request for double room 2 queen bed and we had only one room 2 queen bed I maybe missunderstood

We got this room for a good price. Very large room with fridge, fairly generous breakfast included. The facilities are definitely faded and in need of repair, but nothing that affected us. The heater in the room was somewhat noisy, but other than that we were satisfied.

This was our first time to Santa Fe.. an must visit City on my Bucket List. A friend recommended we visit during Zozobra Festival. When I made reservations almost all hotels were sold out. So, I was glad to have found something close to town. Over all. Hotel is clean. Breakfast are decent. Staff are friendly but not overly friendly. I think they run on a skeleton staff. I call reception a couple times and no one picked up. rooms are clean and quiet. The toilet seat was very loose... only one electrical socket worked in the bathroom; the lamp doesn't turn off, switch not working.. so have to plug and unplug... the internet goes on and off... which I think for me was the worst irritant... our last day, the power went out.. which means the internet went off as well. So, we couldn't make coffee in our room... no hot water so no shower.... part of the building ran on a generator so they still served breakfast... so we got our coffee... We kept reminding ourselves we at least found somewhere close to town to stay... the room was clean... and breakfast were decent... the staff seem young... early 20's... spending a lot of their time texting... maybe texting was work related.. not sure... I needed one more pillow but was never able to locate someone to get me one or to tell me where I could get one. LOL. Oh well. Santa Fe is beautiful and Zozobra was a BLAST so staying at the Quality Inn became inconsequential since it was clean.

Room was very very dated, was quiet. It is not a bad location, just needs a much need refresh. Breakfast was terrible.

Our room smelled bad, the towels had holes in them. I got bit by something overnight on my tummy. We will never stay there again, so disappointed. The hallways have worn and torn carpeting. This hotel needs to be seriously updated, so surprised that classy Santa Fe allows a business like this one in there city! I would rather camp out in a tent that stay there again! Don't waste your money!

We were exhausted when we got there. We look at each other and say its probably not as bad as it looks. That was just the beginning of the nightmare. Carpet in the room was filthy. There was a big wet spot at the foot of the bed. I turn on the lamp in the corner and the is a pile of dog poop i look under the table and another poop. Air had been out for two days but they never bothered to tell us. Wifi was out. It was disgusting!

Bought a new car live in Colorado. Too late to drive back needed a place to stay on short notice.

Not at all how web site pics depicted the hotel to be. This hotel had the look & feel of a budget place. In need of renovations to update the old carpet, remove musty smell in room, paint needed around building cause was peeling & ruined wood. Didn't like that for budget place they had base pricing for 2pp room and surcharged pp extra to room to get the kids in same room so that upcharge made pricing to a more higher end hotel. No hot tub, only swimming pool. Good hot breakfast with long hours to get to it. Wifi had limited signon time then had to keep signing back on. Bar/restaurant attached to hotel was a big rip-off. Meal was dish only with no normal expected sides & at dinner prices. Bar wanted to charge cover after had already been in bar well before it started the cover and then drinks for 3 people was $25. Check out was noon so didn't have to pack and dash off without breakfast. Desk staff was very pleasant and assisted to rectify all mishaps with room(s) that occurred during stay like putting one set of party in room that was still occupied & fire detector going off in room in early hours of morning.

I was looking for a hotel on a budget. This was a comfy spot with basic amenities. Easy to find and great parking. Staff were friendly and I would definitely stay again. Great location and near all the hotspots

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was older and worn. The carpet was a little scary, keep your shoes on.

The breakfast was over and above . The help was more than accommodating

Great value for money. Breakfast included was basic but good!

it is a good hotel,i will come back again.the stuff are friendly, the room is clean.

Nice, clean, spacious room. Thin walls allow sound to pass through, but nothing the TV volume could not drown out.

One of the cheapest rooms in the area and you get what you pay . No frills but you do get a clean comfortable room. Decent breakfast too
