Casa Golondrinas (Home of the Swallows) is a serene escape located in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. This peaceful, split-level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath adobe condo is the perfect spot to enjoy the art, culture, history & dining in Santa Fe as well as the beauty of the landscape & nature of Northwest Mexico.
The open and light filled sunken living room features an inviting wood-burning fireplace and open dining area for spending quiet cozy mornings with your coffee and a good book with ample space for friends and family dinners.
Open the patio doors and enjoy New Mexico’s seasonal beauty indoors and out. The spacious patio features dining and seating areas for al fresco entertaining, apres-ski and family dinners as well as a an outdoor grill. Enjoy the fantastic sunsets amid the hills and trees with your favorite beverage and breathe deep! It’s a perfect spot for relaxing after the day’s activities.
Head up the staircase to the well equipped kitchen with 2025 stainless appliances to create a quick snack or dinner. Open to the living area, stay connected and socialize. Directly across from the kitchen is the den area with a large smart TV & seating.
The spacious primary bedroom features en suite bath, king bed, smart TV, LED candlelit kiva, and opens out to a private patio perfect for morning meditation, yoga, soaking up the sun or relaxing with a coffee or glass of wine.

I can't say enough good things about this beautiful place. The whole home is decorated so well and feels super cozy. We stayed here for 3 days and we were incredibly sad to leave. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The outdoor patio is awesome with lovely views. Awesome bonus was the Weber Grill! The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. There were only two of us but I would recommend this as a awesome option for 2 couples or a small family. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were great. We love hiking and the vrbo is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. If you are a birder like me you will love sitting on the patio and enjoying many of New Mexico local species. The stars are night were gorgeous too. Last but not least, the owner Kerry was amazing. She responded quickly to any questions we had. I can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having an enjoyable and stress free stay. The best experience I've had with an owner and I've stayed at many vrbos. Thank you Kerry for sharing your beautiful home with us. If you are looking for a peaceful stay in the Santa Fe area this is your place! We hope to come back and will be recommending it to all of our friends!
