Great place in Puerto Ayora. It's not cheap but a nice haven from the bustle of town. The rooms are well appointed, great mattresses, nice showers with wonderful bath products. And fabulous Pina Coladas! Staff was very helpful -- they agreed to keep our bags for a few days while we went to different ...
Our room was crammed with beds. One double and two singles. It was clean and comfortable, a nice refuge. It’s right in the center of town, close to everything you want to buy, eat, rent, etc. Walkable to everywhere. We could hear nearby bars and clubs and their music at night, The staff was wonderful, ...
Great service from reception . Stayed at a standard room (Media Luna) which is on the smaller side but the view is great from its balcony . Breakfast is great . Get a table by the waterfront to have a relaxing time . Downside : need to take a water taxi to get to town (2 minute ride , $0.80-$1)
Úrsula as noted in prior reviews is an ultimate professional - we had a problems with a tour and she was constantly checking on a resolution. Early breakfast bags arranged, kindness and more. Enriqueta the cook was also superb. Nice hotel - great place to stay.
Staff was friendly and perfectly accommodating. It was a blessing to return every evening after our day’s adventures to a clean room, hot shower, easily controlled air conditioning, and a very comfortable bed. Great location and an economical price. Close enough to walk downtown, but away from the ...
The hotel is very basic. Location is good, about 3 minute walk to the main street. It was good for a one night stay, but would not want to be there more than 1-2 days. The one criticism is that there is no safe in the room, which is a must have in South America.

Traveling burns a lot of calories, and Santa Cruz offers plenty of places where you can enjoy a quiet meal or break bread with the whole family. The dishes at La Tablita, Los Amigos, La Lechuza and Casimiro Biguá are good bets for refueling.
First the good. It is pretty new.and other than stains on the bathtub, its in very good shape. Good and bad is that out of 35 rooms, we were the only guests. Its a small town so the 9 block walk from the docks were not a problem for us. Maybe more important to others. Surrounding neighborhood is not beautiful. The only bad thing and it is BAD. The noise from roosters and barking doga started at 5am every morning. Loud enough to penetrate the walls. You won't need an alarm, I promise you.
I stayed 7 nights and it was wonderful. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the ocean view. The small pool was great after a long day in the sea water . Breafast is basic but good. Some people complain about having airconditioning only in the rooms but we suppose to help the environment anx give jp some of the commodities. You can sit in the hammack and enjoy the natural airbreeze
Close to everything. Very friendly staff. Best breakfast for the price. Eggs and omelets made to order each morning, juice, toast, ham and cheese.
Room was comfortable and roomy for four people. A light breakfast was included in our stay.
