This property has character and some charm. The owner went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation, book tours, and assist with our luggage, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Nico the manager/receptionist/concierge was great. He was very welcoming when we arrived. He already had the beds arraigned for our unique sleeping requirements. He facilitated transportation to our tours and generally made the stay remarkable. The hotel itself was immaculate, everything was clean and sparkling. Though small the hotel had everything we needed and was located far enough from the main thoroughfare to eliminate noise but close enough to be convenient. Overall a great stay at a nice friendly hotel to enhance our Galapagos vacation.

We had a wonderful stay and everything was perfect. The breakfast was excellent every morning, and the accommodation was comfortable and welcoming. A special thank you goes to Nico, who was an outstanding host. He was always available to help, gave great advice, and supported us in every situation. We even had an accident during our trip, and Nico went above and beyond to assist us and make sure everything was taken care of. His kindness and support made a huge difference.
