Hotel should answer messages from customer

Did not stay here as a tsunami alert prevented me to get to the hotel. I messaged the hotel for a refund. No reply. At least have the courtesy to reply. It would mean a lot!! There was no way I was going to make it to the hotel. All ferry services were cancelled. Please can a refund be arranged. This was a force majour incident and no fault of the customer. I hope a satisfactory response is provided and a refund made.

Great hotel in Puerto Ayuro

Excellent location, clean, friendly, and great breakfast. Highly recommend. Only caveat- the outdoor area on the water shown in photos is actually a couple blocks from the rest of the hotel. Not a big deal, but I was surprised.

Our stay at Hotel Cucuve was truly fantastic! The room itself was very comfortable, simple yet stylish furnishings, with AC and a ceiling fan, USB charging plugs throughout, a very spacious balcony with hammock to relax in and several seats. All of the staff were super friendly and very helpful in trying to locate our lost luggage and have it delivered to the hotel. Coffee and tea and some light snacks are available at any time free of charge, and if leaving early in the morning for day excursions, you can even request a packed up breakfast in advance. Definitely felt like our home away from home during our time there, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Puerto ayora.

The staff is absolutely amazing. So very relaxed and helpful. The breakfast is a full bery tasty breakfast and the woman preparing it is wonderful. They even sent us off with a bagged lunch when we left earlier than 7am and had light crackers and cookies available throughout the day. Location is very convenient. They even have a separate area accessible to guests on the waterfront that we found to relax and read. I highly recommend but if you have difficulty with stairs I would suggest not staying here as reception is one floor up.

This is probably one of the better hotels I have stayed at . Incredible service and there is purified water at your convenience even in the bathroom. Very safe I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying on santa cruz island in the galapagos.

Best staff ever!

On the trip to the island the zipper on my backpack had broken. This was my only luggage for the trip. I asked the staff if they could help me out. That evening the bag was returned to me with a new zipper. When I think of this trip what I will remember is the amazing assistance I received when I ask for help.

This boutique hotel stands out among the crowd as it pays attention to the small details. Lovely bathrobes, slippers, small chocolates left by the maid. 24 hr access to coffee/ cold filtered water and small snacks. Staff even carry your luggage up to your room. Staff go above and beyond to provide a wonderful stay

This hotel was clean and conveniently located on a quiet street in the main part of town, so walking everywhere was easy. The room was spacious and we had a nice balcony that faced the back of the hotel. There was coffee, tea, and snacks available 24/7 and the breakfast was good with eggs made to order. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the hotel provided beach towels and bags as well as water bottles. The hotel had no elevator so it would not be suitable for someone with limited mobility as the reception was up one flight of stairs and the breakfast area up a second flight. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Puerto Ayora who is okay with stairs.

Beautiful accommodations. Modern yet classic feel. Very clean. Matching robe and slippers was a luxurious touch. Perfect size mini bar and fridge. Amazing breakfast spread with accommodating chef and staff. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. Highly recommended stay for the solo traveler.
