There are other units close by, even though your unit is completely private we ask you to respect the privacy of other renters.

Unfortunately Verizon cell service is spotty, however there is high speed internet to connect to.
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! However, to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the property, pets are not allowed on indoor or outdoor furniture at any time. Any damage or stains caused by pets will result in charges for replacement or repairs. Additionally, pets may not be left unattended in the unit at any time during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!

I had a wonderful two-night stay with my husband at this charming studio apartment in Montecito. The space was beautiful, spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly inviting. I especially appreciated how well-stocked everything was. There were plenty of supplies like paper towels, soap, and other essentials, which made the stay effortless and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I loved the private patio with the fountain — such a peaceful, magical spot to relax. The location couldn’t be better: just minutes from the lovely village of Summerland, close to the beach, Montecito, and only about 10 minutes from Santa Barbara. It’s the perfect base for exploring the area. Natty, the host went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we were comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and beautifully maintained place on the California coast.

Really cool place for a multi day trip, with a private outdoor sapce to enjoy Santa Barbara's vegetation and fresh air. A car is needed o enjoy the city.the beach,es downtown and all is within 15 minutes or less. I would rent again anytime.

My husband and I spent four nights in this studio in the south west area of Montecito. The studio is clean, nicely decorated, private, quiet, the manager was always available, super nice and helpful although we never actually met her. A bit of a drive to grocery store and restaurants, etc but would consider the unit again. As a frequent user of short term rentalI agencies, have never experienced a security deposit/fee as strict as this… this was the one thing about this unit which is a drawback.

Overall, this space is cute and conveniently located with a comfy bed and plenty of linens and space for two. A generous selection of comped beverages in the fridge. I had a few qualms with my stay:- Confirmed early check in through the chat but my entry code didn't work. I called management 4 times before they answered and they said check in was at 3 but I told them I got confirmed for early arrival.- Maintenance worker entered the private outdoor space and leaf blowed/cleaned while I was on a meeting call. Shocked by the disruption in privacy! There's a lock on the inside of the gate you will probably want to use if you stay. - The large gap in the top of the front door and lack of screens on the windows mean that lots, and I mean lots, of different kinds of critters will enter the space on a hot day. 2 large spiders and many flies for me.- The oven is a tricky one to use, the burners spark but did't light the oven so it took me 5 minutes to figure out how not to poison myself with gas.- My stay was during the construction on the 101 and smelled heavily of fresh asphalt. But you can't air out the space because of the bugs.- Careful not to trip on the stairs at night!
