Grocery stores, pharmacies, and coffee shops are all a stone's throw away from this perfectly situated spot.

Large windows letting in lovely views of the surrounding greenery and ocean air, as well as the freshly-painted white walls and clean hardwood floors, make this oasis the ideal bright and summery beach house. Ample outdoor space provides the perfect opportunity for long, lingering dinners with friends and family in the comfort and privacy of your own yard. The Zen Garden offers even more options for spreading out and relaxing in this three bedroom two bathroom home. Great Santa Barbara getaway

This was a really beautiful Santa Barbara property, close to both the beach and downtown. A wonderful location with a lot of great living space and a kitchen with a lot of supplies for cooking. The outdoor area was beautiful, with a fire pit and a patio for dining. Great sleeping arrangements for a family with kids. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Would definitely visit again.

Graduation weekend

Our son and my husband’s parents came to SB to celebrate our daughter’s UCSB graduation and the house was perfect. It is exactly as pictured in the listing. The beds and linens are lovely and the kitchen is well equipped. The back yard is also wonderful with a fire pit and also a shaded dining area. One of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in - would highly recommend!!
