Clean nice hotel walking distance to restaurants and shops. Restaurant on property.

The location was great as we were in town for a wedding near the mission.

We spent little time there, so it was fine. Breakfast was OK.

Walking distance to the mall and shops. Great staff! Only complaint is our room was over the pool so it was noisy until about 10pm. Other than that, really great!

Beautiful ! We stayed on first floor with sliding door to the pool !

The grounds are beautiful. Loved being able to sit on the patio and relax. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and nice. They had fresh fruit and free bottled water as well as hard candy in the room. I like that they disinfected the remote. And that they had robes in the bathroom closet for you to use. Shower head was nice and good pressure. It was nice the morning we left they had the windshield on your car cleaned. The room had a microwave and frig also. We really enjoyed the pool. The property has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Very pleasant sitting out there relaxing in a garden setting !! We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it. We were given the wrong room one with 2 double beds and we paid for 2 queens. The women was a bit short on the phone when I called to let them know that. But she did fix it by giving us another room. But she wasn't very warm and fuzzy. That was the only thing that bothered me. Otherwise all was perfect !!

Random selection of a reasonable priced place to spend a few nights while attending a downtown wedding...the place exceeded my expectations and was also convenient to access for all the Santa Barbara sites and entertainment... I was super impressed by how clean, well-organized and well-kept the City of Santa Barbara is for such an active attraction locale...

We had a great 6 night stay. Clean, off the street, comfortable. Excellent staff help.

Pool hot tub were amazing! Really clean and deep! Loved the fresh fruit in the rooms and lobby! Rooms were ok and the balconey was a nice treat. The small ventalation slats in the bathroom area were great for air circulation, but you could hear the outside noise and people walking which got noisey at times.

We came to Santa Barbara to attend the French Festival. The Best Western Plus was close by. It was a very good deal for the price. We liked everything about the hotel, except perhaps the food at the restaurant on site. The food was not very good and overpriced.

The hotel staff was very accommodating, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could be improved on is the food at the restaurant that is on site. We would definitely stay here again.

Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and faced the pool. The hotel is clean and well maintained but needs updating. The room was too small for the three of us plus the air conditioner was right next to one of the queen beds.

Your employees went beyond the required to make my stay pleasant.

I know Santa Barbara it's a very expensive place to stay but we got a suit in this hotel, it was noisy, we were not able to sleep and there was a big leak in front of our room, they never told us when we check in. We tried to take a hot shower but they didn't have hot water. I called them and the front desk lady just said I'm sorry. They got me $50.00 back but I paid 279.00 for one night. For 200.00 dollar one night without hot water. Really bad.

It was a very nice place with two floors on the room. We had a nice time but still was in a very expensive weekend for my point of view.

The room was clean, the staff nice. Motel has two clean pools, two jacuzzis. Air conditioner was too loud to have on at night. 2 queen room seemed small for two adults 2 kids. Closet was tiny. The restaurant closes early so we missed dinner. Breakfast was basic but good. We would stay again if they have a larger room.

This is not the 5 start hotel so don't expect fancy stuff. However, they have everything you can ask for inn and it's very decent Inn. two swimming pools, exercise room, free fruits and coffee, etc. Only problem is too far from Santa Barbara beach so don't expect that you can walk to the beach.

The room was very clean, included free water and fruit and robes to use. The balcony was a plus, as was the ample louver windows that allowed the breezes to pass through.

This is a great location only 5 miles from the Wharf area and the vibrant downtown area. Our room was located on the pool with two chairs outside the sliding doors. The staff was great! They even have someone wash all the windshields each morning. The only thing lacking is a continental breakfast, although there is a good restaurant right on the property.

The hotel was convenient to the freeway and the city, but could use major upgrading if it is to attract customers. The hotel was probably build in the 1950's, has been maintained, but is weathered. The rooms are large, but again things are old and need upgrading.
