I want to first off by saying this resort was one the most beautiful places, but the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced.
First when we got to the resort I provided the security guard with all my information and everything, but then he started to proceed into asking unnecessary questions and if we didn’t answer them he would get snappy.
Second the rooms here are very outdated the front door has an opening gap that the door doesn’t even close all the way. There is absolutely no Wi-Fi here at this resort. Also there are NO elevators in this resort this is resort is not meant to be for handicapped people and if your room is on the third floor that’s even worse. On the bright side the AC does work but you cannot adjust it to your temperature liking.
Third in order for you to eat at the resort you have to make reservations either at the front desk and or online which is ridiculous. I feel like personally they should have a list of everyone who is at the resort and how many people, and the reservations is all services breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Fourth besides all the bad things at this resort everything else was great the all inclusive drinks, karaoke night, performers and the view is amazing.
Fifth we have a staff come up to us and ask us to fill out a review, but they took my sisters phone and filled out the review with all five stars which is very disrespectful since the review has to come from the customers perspective not the staff.
