Staff that checked me in was not friendly. Some staff was rude. When I asked questions, they wouldn’t or couldn’t answer, then they just abruptly turned and walked away. The rooms could be updated. They had no wash cloths. No outlets for phones.

Great check-in system. Beautiful property. Would stay again!

Food is cold and the same every morning no cook well . And the bed had something bite me everything.

Food is horrible there was four of us and 2 got sick froom the food. Wifi never worked Check in is a joke they dont explain anything. They only have one person in the bar areas serving drinks take forever to get a drink. Buffet takes 25 minutes to get a cut of coffee had to ask four times.

The all inclusive package is awesome ... dine whenever and whatever you want. This is a sprawling property so be prepared to walk or wait for the tram. Most of the 3 story lodges have no elevator. Persons with limited mobility need to request a ground floor room.

Cuando llegas a un restaurante y te sirves sopa la cual contiene una mosca muerta, avisas al camarero y esperas que tomen acciones al respecto, por ejemplo reemplazar el bowl de la sopa desde donde todas las personas se estaban sirviendo; sin embargo ante nuestro comentario los meseros no hicieron nada!

I like the all the park and installations, but food needs to improve!! We Salvadoreans like fresh food.

Customer service was terrible. Check in time was 3 pm and our room wasn’t ready until 4:40 pm. I would like to get a refund for 1 night as we spent several hours waiting in the lobby for a room.

Most of the staff was terrible!! Food was okay.. The best part of my trip was my massage with a lady name Christina she was awesome..

The Property was beautiful but we had a major language problem since we didnt speak Spanish and the staff could not speak any English. The food was not the best either. The accommodation was OK - kind of dated. Overall - decent value for the price .

Las playas y piscinas muy bonitas, el servicio malo, igual que la comida y los cuartos sucios y descuidados

Nos gusto mucho las piscinas y la playa. No nos pareció bien el servicio del personal y que también permitan que las personas se excedan en bebidas alcohólicas.
