I had a credit card issue and girl behind the counter wouldn't split it. I had to go to the front desk with dirty sheets and towels to get more and also had to go to front for toilet paper,not even an extra roll. My room smelled likee bad food the counter wouldn't split

Really love this hotel. The staff was extra nice. Greeting me by name helped me whenever I needed it. The room is clean quiet air conditioner was quiet. Had all the amenities needed for our business trip.

very happy with the staff they were super friendly and remembered me from other stays. Room shows some wear and had a very slight musty scent which dissipated after I turned on the a/c , never had the order again. A/C works great loved having the mini kitchen and the parking is lit and easy to see to front door from the lot.Over all very happy and will stay again here or in another Sonesta property.

All in all the property was well kept. They are service animal friendly. The only hiccup I had was my room which was a non smoking room ended up smelling of smoke and there was a bag over the smoke detector which leads me to believe the previous person who checked in had done something. The staff was quick to respond. And quick to let me know that it was not normal.

The hotel was nice. The price was fair as the hotel had the basic amenities. The stove, refrigerator, plates and microwave was huge money saver for those staying for a few days. Staff was professional and friendly.
