We had a couple unpleasant experiences. One was with the wait staff in the buffet restaurant closest to the pool. My niece was approached by the hostess about her bathing suit top. The hostess said she was not allowed in the restaurant dressed the way she was dressed. She had on a bikini top with boy shorts bottoms and a cover up over the bathing suit. Others were dressed in the same and in some cases less clothing and didn't appear to receive the same reprimand. My niece is voluptuous and very attractive. Perhaps that had something to do with the hostess singling her out. The second issue was when we went to the Mexican a la carte restaurant in the adjoining resort. We made a reservation. When we arrived they placed us at a table outside. It was cold that evening so I asked if we could get a heat lamp. I asked numerous times and finally the waitress said they couldn't pull a heat lamp near us. I assumed that was the only table available since they knew we were cold but different offer another alternative. The waitress was also very rigid about the food options we were allowed to order (keep in mind this is an all inclusive resort). We concluded our meal and as we were leaving we noticed a whole section in the front of the restaurant with heat lamps for the customers and seating in a covered area with plastic to insulate them from the cold. Again, we feel singled out and not given options that other patrons were given. Overall, I wouldn't recommend or go back.

Excellent stuff and beautiful location

It’s a great place to stay if you are looking for an all-inclusive pool vacation with good access to public transportation, very close to the airport.

Customer service was great. Friendly and helpful. Food was really good variety and options. Issue that can be easily improved is the activities for teenagers. They are not taken into account. Sports, movies, dance, dj learning are some ideas that can improve the expirence of families. They have a lounge empty no kids I. It not advertised or promoted. The staff or POP were amazing, great zumba, aqua aerobics, yoga. The shows that they performed were so good! I didn’t care much for the live groups singing, I really liked the shows that the staff performed. Other easy fix is the beach access, not well marked and it’s a shame having a beautiful spot in the beach. This should also be promoted with a mini bar on the beach. The bars and alcohol was really good, never crowded. It wasn’t a loud place at all. I would go back and if this is the quality of palladium I am willing to check other properties out. I have been very loyal to Club Med as I said activities for all age groups could make this place a 10!

Beautiful views of the mountains and beach. Wonderful food for an all inclusive hotel. We were treated to cava (Spanish champagne) for our honeymoon.

Hotel needs improvements. Very dated. They need to upgrade rooms, restrooms, remove old carpet. Doors looks like a hospital. They closed early the White Resorts and then moved us to the Palace. Closed a la carte restaurants. Definitely I’ll never return to that hotel

This hotel was great for an all inclusive in Europe. I expected worse due to some reviews but I trusted my gut . The bar in the main lobby gets packed so getting a drink will take an extra 2-3 minutes at times. The 24 hour sports bar was cool for ppl that are up late at night till morning . You are able to get hot bar food , beer and mixed drinks . Go on the excursion that allows you to ride a buggy to a mountain to overlook the beautiful blue water . Breath taking views . Overall the property and service is a 4-4.3 . For a 5 I would need an actual double bed not twin beds pushed together . However I would stay again . We went in April so it was low to high 60’s with a lot of rain and too cold to utilize the pool . But the price was right and 65 degrees in the day was enough sunshine to not completely destroy the trip .

Awesome place. Great property and good food. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Friendly staff. Centrally located, walking distance from all the best clubs. Hard rock & Ushuaïa.

Ill start by saying the resort is very beautiful and is kept clean. After that though is where it really stops being great. The food and drinks were truly terrible-the food was not kept at the proper temperature, the options were few and very poorly done. The desserts were good and the pastries in the morning decent but that was really about it. I understand the resort meets the requirements for a 5 star resort for the official rating but the food was so bad I'd never go back. The drinks were the weakest I've ever tasted and very limited. The all inclusive is not all inclusive-in my experience all inclusive includes all but premium alcohol and imported beers. Not here, I asked for a bloody mary and was told it was not an option. The advertise a cocktail of the day-its not on the all inclusive plan either. I asked for a mojito, not an option. I felt the all inclusive option was a gimmick and that we were constantly trying to be up-sold on everything. The entertainment was nonexistent-terrible music played by the pool with an occasional appearance of some horrendous pop cover group that would walk through with a stereo and perform a terribly rehearsed dance. The only bar options literally had children running wild and screaming everywhere. I have been to many other resorts where you feel you never have to the leave the resort whether you have kids or you're looking for a night out. This isn't it. Go somewhere else.

Great location right on the playa d'en bossa and close to Ushuaia and Space.

I am recently spent 6 nights at this hotel. The wifi connectivity and the bed made my stay less enjoyable ( yes I know, I am on holiday I should unplug). First the bed; their idea of queen bed is two twin beds with a wheel pushed together. Imagine you and your wife constantly trying to push the beds together at night. Secondly, the wifi is not conducive for email, social media or even trying to look up a direction or find business information. I had a hard time accessing the Internet and not being able to use the wifi ruined by vacation. The hotel have two tier wifi system; PHG wifi for everybody and WRH wifi is reserved for the VIP. It takes more than 30 minutes to acquire a connection using PHG and additional 2 hours to open your email. The hotel claims to be a five star hotel but provides a half a star wifi for their guest. Mind you the wifi connection is part of the hotel offerings. Even the wifi at the local snack bar across the street is better than the one the hotel is offering to their guest. This is 2016 and a five star hotel is still offering a wifi that is worst than a dial up internet connection.

Located far from the rest of the hotels in its own corner. Beachfront, all inclusive and family friendly. Few vendors, awesome pool and the beach was like a warm pool

Very good hotel good food including alcohol if you get all inclusive! The pool is very clean and the entertainment is lovely!
