Booked a week in advance. When we arrived the key wasn’t in the lock box. Security guards had no number to call. Found a number in my email. Called and went through the prompts just for them to hang up on me. Called back and then the manager pulled in. She searched around trying to find the key then offered me a different place. We chose that place because it was on the water. So didn’t want a different place. She magically found the key about 30 minutes later.
