The house is located on the top floor with a beautiful south-facing terrace with natural light all day. A clear view of a large square with trees and a quiet pedestrian area. It is a luxury apartment with a bathtub with a jacuzzi, shower with hot tub, home automation opening lock and lights (with control), electric blinds, and 55 "Smart TV.
The apartment is newly renovated, including new plumbing, heating and electricity facilities. Furniture and finishes with high-quality materials and exquisite contemporary decor made by a professional decorator.
The living room is completely furnished and includes a comfortable living area where you can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all your favourite shows.

Great Find!

We enjoyed staying at this apartment. The three bedroom/two baths were great for the 5 of us. The place is in a residential community and about a 20 minute walk to downtown. Along the way are plenty of stores and restaurants. There is no central air - but the fans kept the place cool/circulating the air. Make sure to ask for them. The property manager, Felix, was very responsive. I highly recommend this place - a great find in San Sebastián!

Six of us stayed for 2 nights in this apartment. It was easily accessed and clean. Three large bedrooms gave plenty of space - kitchen, dining, sitting area large enough for 6 adults. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the Old Town but we found the bus service excellent and very reasonably priced. There are small grocery shops and bakeries very close by so getting breakfast provisions each morning was easy. We had a great time in San Sebastián despite the large crowds around the Old Town which meant access to some pintxos restaurants was challenging! Felix, our host, was excellent - very approachable, proactive and helpful; communication was excellent.
