Clean, basic room. Comfortable bed, great blackout curtains. Bathroom was very clean with a large shower. Staff was friendly. Great location, easily walkable to the beach, tons of really good bars/restaurants and shopping. The heater was an old radiator that wasn’t the best but not a big deal at all. Excellent value.

Location was excellent, walk to the beach in 2 blocks, and very clean and safe neighborhood. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. Parking was free and available.

Nice clean hotels. The parking was 1st come 1st serve. We ended up parking at a city underground parking for 16.5 euro a day. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Short break

Enjoyed a two night stay at the hotel. The hotel room was of a good size and clean. The staff offered to keep our bags as we arrived before checkin and again on our final day. The hotel was a 10 minute stroll to the beach in Gros plus bars and restaurants.

This hotel was more like a hostel plumbing issues kept us up all night had to have plumbers come in. The walls are paper thin. Would not let us cancel our 4th night. Do not under any circumstances stay at this hotel

Nice hotel but there was no AC. No elevator either. The young lady at the desk was terrific. Very helpful in guiding us through San Sebastian. I would not stay there again due to the distance to get to where everything is happening,though

About 20 minute walk to old town or 5-10 minutes if by bus (stop about 200 metres away). Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean but small rooms with basic level of construction and furnishing. Tight parking for several cars. Good value in an expensive city.

Couple on short holiday

Stayed for 3 week nights. San Sebastian on the whole is quite expensive, but still, I did not feel this hotel offered value for money. Our room was a good size with great shower, and small balcony. The staffs were all friendly. The major let-down was the noise, absolutely no sound proofing, we could hear stairs, street noise, guests talking, everything, forget sleeping before midnight-I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel for light sleepers. The hotel offered on-site parking, my fault for not reading small prints, there is not enough space for every guest, it's first-come-first serve, so the first night we parked about 2 mins away on metre, which wasn't too bad, just under 4euros.
