Buen Pastor II - The Rentals Collection

This spectacular apartment is located on the first floor of a characteristic sand stone building which faces the Buen Pastor Cathedral. The building encompasses the charming area which consists on a pedestrian layout around the Buen Pastor Cathedral and its gardens. The building has an elevator and the apartment has been fully renovated on April 2019.



The space has 3 bedrooms with two single beds each, 3 fully equipped bathrooms, two of them ensuite and a designer´s open concept kitchen. The kitchen comes with high end appliances and faces the spacious dining and living room area. The apartment also highlights for its super high ceilings. Lovely french balconies overlook Urbieta Street. It has heating for the winter months and air conditioning for summer. It also has free Wi-fi connection.



The location is perfect for almost everything: Both the best shopping area, the Old Town, bars and restaurants and La Concha beach are a few steps from the apartment. Every must in San Sebastian is just within a short walk.

Nicely renovated unit, great location

The unit is very nicely renovated with new fixtures and most furniture; the only downside I communicated with the management company was the beds that were badly broken and uncomfortable. The location was perfect for us, and even though two bedrooms face a busy street the noise didn't bother us. A few adjustments would really make the place perfect.

Everything was great about this place and company

I stayed here with my family over Christmas break. The apartment was immaculate the staff was great and the check in process was communicated well and easy to follow. This was my first experience with this company but I will definitely go with them again.

El piso es una monada, para 4 personas está súper bien, con un baño por habitación, muy cómodo, la única pega es que al baño que estaba al lado del salón le olían las tuberías y había que tener la puerta cerrada, pero por lo demás, un 10.

Cómodo, limpio y con 3 baños para 3 habitaciones. La parte negativa es que tuvimos un problema con el AIre Acondicionado que no resolvieron ni nos llamaron para concretar su resolución.

Apartamento nuevo y muy limpio. Ubicación excelente. Zona con vida pero sin ruidos molestos.Parking justo debajo, Caro pero cómodo. Por poner algo a mejorar: deberían dejar al menos una pastilla De lavavajillas por noche y alguna bolsa más de basura. Alojamiento para repetir y recomendar sin ninguna duda. Estuvimos alojados durante 4 días , 2 adultos y 3 niños. Nos sentimos como en casa.
