The apartment is a luxury apartment located in a fully refurbished building in the centre of San Sebastian.

The apartments comprises a huge living area with integrated kitchen. There are 2 sofas (one turns into a sofabed by simply rotating the back), and flat TV. The apartment is very welcoming and decorated in bright colours. It is perfect for family accommodation.

The bedroom has continental size bed, all mattresses are memorry foam, including the one in the sofabed.

The bedroom and living area have balconies overlooking the shopping area.

Great location

Great location, in the nice neighborhood with grocery stores, restaurants and shopping close by. Apartment was clean, but very minimalist, we had to ask for extra sheets to use as a throw on the couch. In the kitchen only some salt and a bit of coffee. So pretty much have to buy all the basics. But otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment in great location

The apartment was on the first floor (2nd floor in the US) overlooking a lovely pedestrian street within 5-10 mins to the beach and 10-15 mins to the Old Town. It is a lovely apartment, smartly updated, with all the conveniences. It is well situated to shops and a supermarket. The check-in and check-out were without hassle. This place comes highly recommended.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

You cannot find a better place to explore the city of San Sebastián, both because of the apartment’s location in the middle of a pedestrian center and because its spaciousness and convenient appliances that made daily life easier. The manager provided exceptionally detailed information in advance so we knew what to expect, answered questions quickly when they came up, and had available instructions on the appliances in many languages to combat the frustration we sometimes experience with the mysteries of European machines. Sampling pintxos was a major focus for us, and we became well acquainted with the wares of bars in the Parte Vieja, in Gros, and even in our own neighborhood—all were an easy, safe walk away. The beaches of the city are also just steps away, and incredibly beautiful. Had we wanted to venture farther than a couple hours’ walk, there were many local buses close by; and the station with bus connections to other cities is only a few blocks away. They even provided a cleaning and change of linens halfway through our stay, which we really appreciated.
