The daily room cleaning was actually quite poor. One day the bed was not finished pillows left in a chair. Two days no wash cloth in the bath and the last day there were zero bath towels. Apparently they do not do quality checks on housekeeping. I did leave tips for housekeeping so I would have expected better service.

Everything was perfect. Great staff, great service and very clean.

The hotel is a nice property located in the best place in town. It's within walking distance of the best malls and restaurants in the city. The hotel staff is truely professional and do provide very good service. The rooms themselves are in need of refurbishing. The rugs are worn out and the TV system is pretty bad. You get basic cable and that's it; no pay-per view, etc ... For business it's a hotel I would strongly recommend to anyone. If it's a vacation, I would have some reservations.

Location is good, pool is nice. Wifi is only around $6 bucks. This last time however the hotel had no water from around noon on Saturday until midnight that night. This was disastrous as we couldn't take showers after using the pool, couldn't wash our hands or brush our teeth, urine sat in the toilets for hours making the rooms smell, and forget showering at all. We had to cancel our evening plans because we were unable to take showers and get ready. What made it worse was that the staff kept saying it would be back on in '15 minutes' and it never did. This went on for 12 hours! When we would go downstairs to complain they would just shrug and say sorry there was nothing they could do. Furthermore, they continued to check in guests, hiding from them that there was no water in the hotel! Fine hotel otherwise but the staff has NO CLUE about customer service or how to deal with guests. To "compensate" guests for the disastrous stay they basically gave us one free breakfast and a desert. To say the least, it left a sour taste in our mouths so we probably won't be going back and will move over to the Intercontinental or Crown Plaza next time.

We ate a amazing breakfast in the morning and they charged us...when i complained to th front desk they said no sorry it is not included. Then we were goimg to take a taxi but the bellman said no to wait and a "Better one" would come. Well it was a scam and the taxi driver charged us 5 US dollors to litterally drive us ten seconds to the mall which is less than a block away. Well when we returned at night LIZZY at the front desk was amazing and she told us that they made a mistake and breakfast WAS included. and she would pay us the next morning for our breakfast the day earlier. So we went downstairs and the next morning lizzy was not working but another lady said that they had no cash until four more hours. But we were checking out in the next two hours. So insted of having the hilton staff go through the trouble (sarcastic) of fix our bill. We called a friend and he ate for free with us. But we never got the modney back from the breakfast for one of us. The bathroom amenities everyone raves about are a sad little 2 soap bars and one shampoo. The design of the shower is basically to soak the entire bathroom and room itself. We had to ask for soap and lizzy got it for us. We both work at Mandarin Oriental so we know serivce and hotels. Do not waste your money here

The hotel staff was first class, and helpful in every way. The Princess is the hotel of choice for business travelers from all over the world, most of the Americans I met in the Hotel had made this their hotel of choice for years while visiting San Pedro on business. Rooms are very clean, poolside is relaxing with great service, all other aspects are what you would expect from a Hilton.

Staff was very attentive and many speak English. The restaurant is excellent, especially the breakfast buffet. This is surely one of the better hotels in San Pedro Sula, as there isn't much to the city itself. The city's nightlife zone, called the Zona Viva, is across the street from the Hotel. There's really nothing to it. Good seafood restaurant two blocks behind the hotel.

The staff was excellent. Location was great! Only 2 blocks from the large shopping mall. The rooms were very clean and smelled wonderful!

We've traveled to Honduras many times. Decided to try out this hotel. The location was wonderful. Close to the mall which made meals convienent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. But the price was very high for the quality of the rooms. There are better hotels in San Pedro.

The hotel was very nice. The location was only a couple of blocks from a major mall and other major business. The staff was very polite and helpful with questions that was asked. The only problem was that I left a sports jacket in my room. I called several times and was told that they would check the lost and found and I would get a call back. That never happened, so I called got put on hold as I did often and got disconnected. I never received word from them, so I guess I'll never see that jacket again. Other than that, I'll stay there again, but not leave anything.

Definitivamente tienen problemas de estética, el baño me pareció muy deteriorado para ser un hotel de esa categoría, observamos que el sello de garantía de limpieza no estaba nuevo, o sea que ha sido reutilizado en varias ocasiones. Espero mejoren su apariencia ya que es un hotel 5 estrellas. Pero no llega todavía a esa categoría.

Lugar agradable con muy buena atención lo ubico los precios del restaurante por la calidad de comida son muy altos.

usually nice staying here but bad experience this time
