Well, where can I start? This place was phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, Kenia (at reception) was extremely sweet, courteous, and polite. She took us to the rooftop where we were to take our breakfast every morning, as it was included with our stay. The room and the hotel were great. The amenities and the rooms were extremely clean, and the smell you get the moment you walk into the room was so pleasant that you relaxed right away. I will extremely definitely stay there again in a heartbeat. Our next trip will be with our girls, and we will stay at the same hotel for sure. I guess the only negative was that our room did not include a safe, but the people there are honest, but saying that, I will overlook that and stay there again. Our morning server at the restaurant was Lupita; she was extremely nice and a hard worker. She made our morning breakfast unforgettable. I will definitely recommend this hotel in San Miguel de Allende and stay there again.

Property was great and clean but the staff didn’t seem to have synchrony with one another. Even when we’d ask for a bottle of water, they had to pager others and at times would get it wrong and we’d be sent to the 4th floor restaurant to get a bottle of water. I think it’s pretty basic to keep some water by the front desk.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Staff was wonderful. The rooms are lovely, my one small complaint is that my room had no windows to the outside so it was pretty dark in the room and bathroom.
