I arrived at the hotel at 7:40 pm, well after the normal check in time of 3:00 pm. Then I was told that the room was not ready, have to wait about 30 minutes. I walked to have dinner and back around 10:00 pm. The room was ready and the hotel put coke, Mineral water, and even a Corona to show their apology which I take very positively. But when I went to my room, I found left-over shampoo and soap in the bath area. This was too disappointing!

I stayed with my family @the hampton inn san luis potosi, probable my worst experience with Hilton ever, the Hotel had no water due to occupancy, they had a huge group and someone form their staff mentioned to us that there was no water for lack of prevention, I stayed with soup at the shower for more than 2 hours and water never arrived. The alarm started at 6am because someone forgot to reset form the guest who stayed before us. I had planned to wake up a little later on Sunday. Really bad experience. I usually stay at least 4-6 nights a month @Hilton.

This hotel has gone backwards since opening in May/June of 2019. The rooms are not cleaned properly (no towels provided on day 2 of stay); the front desk staff and restaurant employees often do not speak/understand English and the quality of the breakfast buffet has deteriorated.

Although it is a newer hotel in the city, it needs better management. Same owner from the Conrad Hotel, very similar problems. Elevator access is open to anyone as their room card access is not functioning properly. Although the breakfast was nice, right where I was sitting it begins to leak water from the ceiling. The swimming pool on the rooftop. is a must-see site. There were a few ladies that were very nice and pleasant from the front desk. Also had a meeting in the morning they did not have tooth past or toothbrush which was very inconvenient for a place that provides "hospitality". Nice comfy beds. Overall, Hampton Inn needs management improvement.

This could be a very good hotel for business travel but it urgently needs competent management to take over. From arrival so many simple things did not work as they should: children in charge of front desk and during my three-day stay not a sign of an adult manager on duty; TV set not programmed; poorly cleaned room and bathroom; a puddle of water on the carpet next to the bed the second night; not a drop of running water the next morning; breakfast ran out halfway through the schedule hours; elevators chaos; average breakfast; tables not picked up; credit card terminal not working at checkout... I could keep going with this list but, in summary, I do not recommend it.

Hotel is 10 meters from a busy highway, lots of noise. Breakfast is like what I imagine we serve prisoners.. Room is standard w some wear, stains etc. internet worked fine and checkout was very fast.. those were the highlights

Very nice Hotel in a perfect location. right next door to a Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, Sam's Club, Best Buy and more. We had a very good dinner right in the Hotel and the staff are very accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel for a night there

New Hotel. Good location. Shopping close by. Very convenient if do not have car. Room and breakfast was good. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes in room. Water pressure in shower good. Will stay here again.

We had a excellent room with lake view. the location is excellent, it is easy to access the centre park and shopping mall where is a costco, sam's and best buy. the swimming pool is on the top of building. The Gem is nice.

Very bad experience, I arrived late at night and wanted to go to bed right away, I was shocked when I noticed a stain in the comforter that pretty much looked like dry blood...needless to say that I couldn’t stop thinking a out their cleaning standards.
