The hotel was great except the Jacuzzi was bad on the First Room, it smelled horrible so they had to move us, but we had to wait for them to get another room ready, the way I felt is they did not care of what happened and did not show any consideration. I asked him for another night and I would pay for it, but they said I would have to wait. Long story short I felt that management did not care of what happened with the Jacuzzi experience.

This hotel was wonderful! The customer service was outstanding—right from the moment we stepped off our transport, the team made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The food options were authentic and delicious, and the rooms were spotless, cool, and spacious. And the pool in the evening? Absolutely perfect—so relaxing at a cozy 70 degrees. We’ll definitely be back! :)
