This hotel was wonderful! The customer service was outstanding—right from the moment we stepped off our transport, the team made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The food options were authentic and delicious, and the rooms were spotless, cool, and spacious. And the pool in the evening? Absolutely perfect—so relaxing at a cozy 70 degrees. Excellent all the way around besides not having a washer and dryer area in the hotel. They did have a laundry service but a bit over price for customer that stayed 5 more day and laundry accumulated. Other than that, I recommend staying there.
