This is a great place and right in the middle of the neighborhood.. the neighborhood is not the best looking but the place is nice and safe.They are like 6 apartments in this property. It can sleep up to 26 people or so. Is very clean and very close to the punta Salina beach (2 miles) the beach across the highway is nice but very dirty with trash and debri. This property has a pool. Pool depth starts about 2 feet and deepest is 4.7 feet or so. Is a medium size pool. You have many bars and restaurants at walking distance. The econo supermarket is 10 minutes away and has everything you need even beer. Suggestions to make this place even better: #1) we need a k cup coffee maker. That camping coffe maker is very hard to use. #2) we need a small laundry #3)more grip on the floor by the pool. Is very slippery and dangerous. #4) bigger shower. The shower was very small. Location was 25 min from SJU airport. Place was clean, and the pool area was great for the kids. Parking is limited and the access to the Levittown beach was hard to get to.

This property was clean. Outside restroom was very convenient for when using the pool. Shower head on the pool area has warm/heated water. There was some issues with the water drain on the bathroom. In addition to not having enough blankets, towels had to be requested. Housekeeper was very helpful and pleasant. The pin pad on main door doesn’t work.

Property and room were extremely clean. Very safe. Room, including bathroom and bed were very very small. It was difficult to fit around the footboard to get into the bathroom, absolutely no extra room. The pictures online made it look bigger than it was. It'd be perfect for 1 person, but not 2. No cupboard/dresser to put your clothes, literally living out of your suitcase for the week. Chickens around the facility start cocka doo doodling at 3am sharp. Staff is not onsite, if you need anything you have to call.

When we arrived at the house, and opened the door with the door code was providing for us we found another family in our Room. We have to call after a long day and be transfer to a different room. Next day we out and when we come back to the room door code was changed without any notice. Doesn’t feel safe for your privacy

Loved it!

What a great place!! In the middle of a neighborhood. Doesnt look that appealing but when you go inside the locked gate at Casa Toñita, it's a completely different world! Everything was so vlean and orderly. The pool sparkled the whole week were there. The only thing we didn't care for was it doesn't get very dark in the room at night. There is no blanket on the bed. We had to buy one. And thr neighborhood roosters will start waking you around 130 am...

We made a reservation for 5 and it was very cramped for that number. The unit was lovely (except an oven would have been nice) and the pool was great! Our GPS put it one street over but the owner communicated promptly and all was good.

Housekeeping

When I arrive, we do not have towels and only one roll of paper in the bathroom, the counters were not properly wipe and the refrigerator was not clean. We had to ask one of the neighbors for a spare of toilet paper. In the kitchen corner wall that it seems to have been splashed with something that had stained the wall and it was not cleaned up. Outside bathroom by the pool was not working properly. Water was coming out from the bottom of it. All and all is a beautiful place if it’s been kept properly.

we loved the room; there are several apartments in one property in a safe area. the pool was really enjoyable. overall clean. the apartment was a little small but with very good use of space. One thing that would have been useful would be access to the washer dryer as there are no laundromats near by

The place was nice, they provided with almost everything that we needed, but unfortunately there are cockroaches in the place, we found inside and outside, so every time we had to use a plate or utensil from the Kitchenette we washed it first and didn’t leave any food outside on the counter. Other than that the place, the pool and the area are comfortable to stay

The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and family friendly! My family and I had a blast. After a long day of beach, family and fun we would all come back to the property swim and call it a night. It was perfect! There are plenty of beds, air conditioning, and a small kitchenette to brew coffee or make food. You will not regret it!
