Our room was right on the El Camino. Pretty loud. A room further back behind the office building might be better Our room was right on the El Camino. Pretty loud. A room further back behind the office building might be better but might not.

The motel was in a convenient location for uber/lyft pickups, decent food options, and walkable distances to shopping areas.

Good basic properry with the essentials and basic room amenities (wifi, tv, fridge, microwave, a/c, desk, sofa chair, basic toiletries, cofee maker, etc.) Breakfast options were decent. The area is right on a main busy road, easily accesible to other main roads. Room and staff was satisfactory. A Safeway grocery is within a short walking distance. Nothing particularly unique about the property, like any other best western we've stayed with my family.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff.

Breakfast wasn't what I expected or have experienced from Best Western. No hot food, no bread to toast, no juice machine. For the benefit of the doubt, maybe this was Covid related.

We can smell the smokers next door. Hotel's fault since it means the rooms are not properly sealed.

Close to Stanford U and shopping/restaurants. Otherwise it was kind of meh. And on a major thoroughfare, so noisy.

Great location, within easy walking distance of the Stanford Shopping Center and a longer walk to the Stanford Campus. A little noisy, being next to El Camino Real and Caltrain, but not too bad. The rooms are not huge, but they were very clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Property was nice and clean and rooms were pretty nice. The mattress need to be replaced.

great location to Stanford university - rooms were spacious and comfortable. I particularly like that they provide make-up removal towelettes! Staff was amazing

The location is quite some distance from the freeway, relatively close to campus. Keep your eyes open for the driveway, it's tucked way and comes up quick on you. The street is pretty busy, so slow down when you get close. The hotel itself seems to be a conversion, parking spaces are tight and the elevator is OLD. The staff is nice, the rooms are definitely on the tight side. They get around this by placing your normal table seating area by the window outside on the balcony. The rooms surround the pool and it gets a bit echoy in there. All in all, not the best hotel, but certainly not the worst. Breakfast was quite spare. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again...but I would probably look for another hotel first

Close to where we needed to be worked out great for us.

Very nicely located will cover your expectations. Good price for palo alto

This is a Stay Away motel! My spouse and I stayed at the Best Western "Rivera" (a joke) while he was to visit the Stanford med Center. This "hotel" is hardly that! It is located on El Camino Real highway - the noise day and especially at night is deafening. when asked to be moved to a quieter room, we were moved merely up a level to the 3rd floor to a smaller room with a double bed (they said Queen size - a lie)! and just as noisy. The so-called breakfast (included) was the hardboiled egg type with weak coffee, and cereal and make your own waffles, in the tiny entrance lobby with only room for one family. We had to go outside to eat. The rug in the tiny elevator was filthy. When asked for a discount in the smaller room with one small bed, we were told all rates were the same except for two-bed rooms which were $10 higher. And this was expensive! We would NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

The staff was overly qualified and friendly. They were able to fill all my needs and actually moved my luggage from one room to another when I changed from a single to a double bed.Going out of their way endeared me to this hotel and I shall stay there on my next visit to California.

Convenient location for the event I attended. Had trouble with TV reception.

Was attending a conference in Sand Hill Road. Stayed here because it was much cheaper than the fancy hotel hosting the conference. I had a great stay. The room has everything I needed and the people at the front desk were extremely nice and got me the things I requested (shaving cream etc.) She even called a cab for me at 5 am. I also walked to Stanford to take a little tour and walked into the strip in Palo Alto from the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Old hotel. Maintained OK, not great. Clean and simple room at a fair price. Very close to Stanford Medical Center - my destination.

I've stayed here twice now to attend appointments at Stanford Medical Center. This hotel is conveniently located, clean, the staff polite and the spa & pool are tidy & enjoyable. Although on a main road, it was very quiet and everything in the room worked.
