Check in/check out went smoothly, instructions provided were helpful, owner greeted us and prepared delicious dinner/breakfast (and accommodated my food allergies), loved the quaint private balcony with pretty table/chairs for us to enjoy that area and the peaceful views, room was immaculately clean/bed was super comfortable, a/c worked great, large walk in shower/double sink vanity, plenty of storage drawers/cabinets for our belongings, dining area was welcoming with cute decor in outside covered setting, home-like atmosphere, perfect location w/in a short drive to San Jose airport!

William and his family were wonderful hosts. The food and atmosphere were great!

William was very warm and welcoming. Made us a wonderful dinner after we srrived.

The view was amazing and quiet area for a goodnight sleep

The property is beautiful and the host was very friendly. Our first night was in a beautiful room. Clean, quiet and had everything we needed. There was an issue with our second night being double booked but William offered us another room with a beautiful view which we accepted. The overall stay was very nice and I would book it again the next time I’m visiting Costa Rica

We had a delightful stay at this little BnB. The room is tastefully decorated and had a super comfy bed by Costa Rica standards, However I must say that the listing is not very accurate in that: There was no King bed only Queen, there was no TV in our room at all, let alone a flat screen and the shower is not in the bathroom but located in a separate part of the bedroom, which is fine but quite unconventional. The owner did tell us that they are in the process of making the room we stayed in, on the ground floor, into a two room suite with a bedroom and TV lounge combo. Our biggest con for this BnB, is that the Internet Sucks! Apparently, there is a problem with reception in this area and through no fault of the owner, it was simply unusable. It was ok to at least check email in the early morning, but still incredibly slow. Maybe best not to expect internet? The Continental Breakfast is very light. It consists of a small fruit bowl drizzled with yogurt and a sprinkle of granola, a glass of orange juice and coffee. It really needs some sweet rolls or bread to bulk it up. It is nice that they provide earplugs.. as the hotel is close to the road and can get a bit noisy. The free bottled water, can be found in the ice cold in the mini fridge and comes in cute glass bottles that are apparently refilled after use. All that being said; We are already booked to stay again with two future reservations. Airport Shuttle can be arranged and is available for a Fee.
