Staff was helpful upon arrival. Parking was included in our stay, which was great. The room was spacious, however the AC took a while to get going, the bed was a bit hard and the walls between the rooms were definitely thin. We could hear almost everything from the room next to us. The people next to us played their tv super loud and it was hard to go to sleep. Breakfast the next day was delicious though.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet despite nearby construction outside the building, and facelift renovations within. It had a real contemporary feel. The staff was helpful in resolving a minor reservation snag.

The breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean and spacious. However, the pool is an outdoor pool, located in full view of a conference area (which were going on for most of our stay). There is also a "hot" tub, but it is only heated by the sun (during the day), so there really isn't one. Also, the hotel has plenty of placards stating that they're eco-friendly - to please leave towels on the racks and they won't change them, etc, but despite me leaving them on the racks, they changed them (and the sheets). Then the following day I left a message for housekeeping to NOT change sheets and towels, and they still changed them. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel a few blocks from a main thoroughfare with plenty of shops and restaurants. Just know that your sheets and towels will be changed regardless of what any sign says.

I stayed at this property when it was The Park Inn by Radisson. It is a very clean, safe hotel. The staff is personable, and I don't recommend walking from downtown after dark.
