Not my first time here but this time my room was dirty and not in the best condition. Also checking out took me about 25 minutes….big mess in the front desk and only one person.

This hotel is a 3 star hotel that charges 5 star pricing. It waa located in a 'shady' area and absolutely no amenities were really within walking distance. I had to change rooms because of a scheduled party, close to my room. The coffee machines in the rooms were 'modernly' pathetic. Better off at a Holiday Inn located in Aurlo. Trust me.

Theres a cafetera with cofee and two mugs, but there no water. I dont know if the water in bathroom is a drinking water

This is in downtown San Jose, not by the airport, as you might think. Getting in and out of San Jose can be quite tricky, and the traffic is terrible, but if you have to be in San Jose, this is a great hotel! New, clean, friendly, restaurant on site.
Excellent location and the hotel was kept very clean. The front desk employees are curtious and egar to help. The free breakfast is good but, not great and if you want a glass of water it will cost you $3. I elected not to have the complementary juice and grabbed a water and as soon as I opened it an employee ask if I would like to charge it to room or pay cash. ( I had been waiting for coffee and had no luck but after I picked up the water bottle I was able to get service) The following morning I watched a confrontation with another guest and an employee over the same situation. The water bottles are out with the complementary breakfast items and it is not clearly marked that there is an extra fee for them. On this morning I had to go into the server area and pour my own coffee a couple times. As the lady with the water bottle was arguing with two of the employees about the policy. The fitness center and pool area is very nice and water is available for free in the fitness room. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable but if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs as it can be noisy from a barking dog at an adjacent property and traffic.
Business Hotel...no friendly staff, loudy A/C. The good thing is that has good location and is kind of new.

I had not stayed at a Radisson and was blown away by the decor, food, but more importantly, the staff. From Senior Perris who speaks 3 languages to others whose names I should have written down, the hotel is filled the smiling helpful individuals!! A definite place to go back to!
