It’s quiet and safe, tree lined, walking distance to parks, shops and restaurants. Yet it’s conveniently near Hwy 280, 17 and SJC.

We allow one well-behaved small dog with a pet deposit.

Please remember that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Keep your conversation indoor and no loud music after 10 pm.

This place is only intended for booked guests. No overnight stay for their visitors.

For long-term stay (> 1 week) guests, please push out trash bins on Thursday night and collect them back on Friday morning.

Pet policy and Security Deposit:

* Pet: One small dog (less than 30 pounds) is allowed with a pet deposit of $ 200. Please check with us for the dog size and breed before booking.

* Security Deposit - We may ask for a deposit up to $1000 if you are a new Airbnb user or had bad review before. The deposit amount may change before you book the home.
