Las Olas has 46-units and is located on the beautiful Costa Azul Beach, making it a surf and beach lover's dream. Just steps in front of the condo, is the famous surf spot, "The Rock" while a quick 2 minute walk will get you to "Zippers" and "Old Mans". Other activities to enjoy while visiting include, tennis, swimming/hot tub, and snorkeling. The beautiful grounds also have an area with beachfront lounge chairs/umbrellas.

NO SMOKING-smoking in the unit or on the balcony will result in a loss of your security deposit.

Loved having morning coffee on the balcony and watching the sunrise, whales and surfers. Easy beach access as well for a daily walk. Comfy bed and a hot shower. This is a fabulous place to stay. I have stayed at other Las Olas condos in the past and the updates in this condo are better than many of the others that I have stayed. Check in / Check out are as smooth as you will find from a VRBO. Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend. Anytime we had any questions, Jon responded promptly. The place is in a great location and there are nice little bars and restaurants walking distance. Got a couple scrapes when surfing and Jon had a whole first aid kit with all the essentials! Loved also being able to hang by the pool with an ocean view.
