Hard to figure out entrance and parking. Very noisy, unfortunately they were building on the fourth floor jackhammers right above us. Otherwise, nice stay for the price.
It felt safe not touristy, nothing to do in hotel but, it gives you good reason to go out of hotel and tour the Cabo area. the bartender was are entertainment @the hotel. He let us know where we should go. Very nice man. We were out of wash towels all the time even when we asked for wash towels we got big bath towels and hand towels. go figure

We had an appointment in the medical offices there and didn't want to drive home at night so decided to stay. Very convenient....Merkado is great for dining with lots of variety. The only bummer is jacuzzi jets weren't working and we were looking forward to using it.
This hotel is a good deal for the price point. Breakfast post Covid was tasty.The pool is like an ice pond. Not usable except in August or July. Also beach is close but you have to take an uber. Rooms are okay and 2 queen baeds are a good size. Ask for room on upper floor. They have rooms on the ground floor which does not have a good view. Staff is competent.
Front staff needs to be trained further. They weren't able to answer most of our questions.

This hotel has no pool!! Pool has been closed last 3 months!! No advanced warning so I spent my Xmas holiday with NO POOL!!!! Also my first room smelled very moldy so I had to move my luggage to a room that did not stink and exacerbate my asthma !! Breakfast was not even lukewarm, eggs were runny!!! Hotel is also at least 3 miles from the beach!! Stayed here before and was happy now I wish I had picked another hotel!!
Typical Hotel I really did like the fact it was a suite. Bathroom was nice a big 2 sinks big shower. No pool

I don't get the good reviews here... The hotel is showing age, it is pretty much in the middle of nowhere (must have a car), has black mold growing in hallway ceiling (3rd floor right outside elevator is pretty bad), no amenities available such as pool or gym (totally shut down), breakfast with fake juice and sugary cereal, and rooms are a sealed box. Not what I call a memorable trip to Cabo... Switched hotels and finally enjoyed this beautiful part of Mexico.
good for one night stay
The beds were good and A/C worked. Bathroom was clean and shower worked well. Hotel was understaffed and there was no microwave in the lobby or in the room to heat up food. Nice place to pass out. The rooftop pool and hot-tub were closed due to not enough staff to clean it
Greta place in between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose , we use it when traveling at night then we take a drive to Cabo San Lucas in the morning

The breakfast was cold! Eggs and French toast were cold! So not so good!!!!
