On the upper floor, you’ll find two master bedrooms, each with its own private balcony and bathroom, along with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 people, and living room that open onto a terrace featuring breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez and the golf course, complete with a cozy fire pit.



The lower level includes a bedroom with pool access and a private bathroom, as well as a room with two bunk beds—also with pool access and its own bathroom—ideal for children. These rooms lead into a spacious game room, featuring a bar, mini fridge, TV with sofa, board games, billiards, and ping pong. The large pool offers stunning views of the sea, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
