"The room is quite small and lacks a closet, nightstands, and a table to eat at. The pillows were not very comfortable. Hot water was inconsistent; when I called to report it, I was told it might be a breaker issue and that housekeeping would be notified and would follow up with me. Although the issue was eventually resolved, no one ever updated me—I had to check for myself.
The location is convenient, within walking distance of the ferry and nearby restaurants, but it can get quite noisy at night.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, but I wouldn’t stay here again."
