Im Ferienhaus in San Giuliano Terme gibt es diverse Mängel. - Viele Leuchten funktionieren nicht - Offene Kabel und teilweise Löcher in den Wänden. (Wäre bei kleinen Kindern sehr gefährlich) - Anfangs kein Internet, nach drei Tagen eine improvisierte Lösung mit SIM-Karte, die nicht reicht, um einen Podcast sicher zu streamen geschweige, fünf Gäste mit mobilen Endgeräten zu befriedigen (Videos kaum möglich) - Unzureichende Küchenausstattung Nicht genug Besteck (wurde vom Vermieter nachgekauft) Nicht genügend Tassen Kein Backofen Keine Deckel für Pfannen und Töpfe Kein Geschirrspüler Insgesamt eher Camping inhouse Kein Esstisch im Wohnzimmer, wir haben den kleinen Tisch von der Terrasse ins Haus gestellt. Also kein Tisch auf der Terrasse Gebrochener Spiegel im Bad oben Insgesamt sehr dreckig Defekte Toilettendeckel in beiden Bädern und eine defekte Toilettenspülung Zimmer kaum eingerichtet, jeweils nur ein Bett und ein Schrank Haus – auch die Außenanlagen – sind stark renovierungsbedürftig (gebrochene Fliesen auf der Terrasse. defekte Badausstattung, …) Die Freude am Italienurlaub ist dadurch sehr eingeschränkt. Zumal wir viel um diese Mängel herum arbeiten müssen und insbesondere viel Zeit mit der Arbeit in der Küche verbringen müssen. Für bis zu 8 Personen, wie im Netz angegeben, ist das Haus nicht geeignet. (auch, wenn so viele Betten vorhanden sind) Dafür fehlt es schon an Tischen, Stühlen, Tellern und Tassen.
