there was an issue that management rectified to my satisfaction. The facility was remodeled fairly recently even though the structure had some age. I like the hardwood floors, more sensible than the usual carpet found in other motels.
This place will do if you're looking for a quick rest overnight. Our flight arrived in San Francisco at 10:45 PM. We just needed a quiet place to rest overnight before heading out to Sacramento the next morning. This place was convenient enough for us. I give it 2.5 stars. Staff could be more trained and knowledgeable about hotel policies and pricing.
Needed a cheap hotel nearish to the airport and this did just fine. Got in at night, had no issue, the hotel clerk was very nice and the room was comfortable and clean.
Minimal comfort and the shower was barely a trickle of water for most of the shower. I would not stay there again. Staff was friendly enough though.
Arrived to find dirty pillow cases, used tissues on the floor, dirt on the floor, clogged sink, hair in the bathtub, the only piece of furniture was a lonely chair instead of a bedside table, no hangers (the one on photo is mine). $110 a night, really?
