The breakfast school is very lucky. The eggs were runny and meats were undercooked. Couldn’t get something basic as peanut butter. The staff supporting the breakfast were unmotivated and just checking the box to make sure “breakfast was supplied” The front desk staff didn’t care about Customer Service when I asked to have my room serviced to give me a hard time about it and said they would get to it when they got to it overall a pretty bad experience

The room was ok. The bed was comfortable. We faced the onramp for the 15 freeway and was noisy. They had shutters at the window instead of blackout drapes. Definitely not.good. also, there are 3 stories and no elevator. They advertise a free breakfast buffet, not exactly a buffet. There was coffee/tea, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and cereal, bagels and toast. The breakfast room was very small. We usually stay at the Best Western in the same parking lot. What's what inwould recommend.

They put me in a room right next to a loud ice machine when there were many other vacant rooms. The refrigerator in the room was noisy. At 6am several people were getting ice and filling up their coolers. Noisy and loud staying there. Won't stay there again.
