The location of the property cannot get any better especially for people who cannot drive like myself being 5 mins walk away from the beach and 10 mins walk away from the main shopping area. The place was in a great location with an spectacular view. However, it was very dirty upon arrival. We found food and plates under the couches in the living room, and the toilet was extremely dirty. It honestly didn’t look like the place had been cleaned before we checked in. The location and view were great, but the cleanliness definitely needs major improvement.

Breathtaking View

The place is nice clean and spacious. You can’t beat the view. We walked down to the beach in minutes and they had amazing shops and eatery places. There is a train that goes by the beach here and there. Our kids loved it. Again, the view is unbeatable.

Old unit in dire need of professional upgrades and repairs including cabinets, furniture , bathrooms and flooring.Microwave , oven and the inside of all cabinets were smelly and dirty. TV in main bedroom not connected, no heating or air conditioning except for small electric heater for the whole unit. We were so cold. Unit located on top of a steep hill no suitable for seniors. Fantastic view and location. Jerry, the host, is the best. A bit of quirkiness (as you can see from the photos) gives the place loads of personality. It's great "bang for the buck". A bit more TLC would be nice, as a couple of items--admittedly non-essential--weren't working. The indoor spaces were clean, but in a pet-friendly unit an AstroTurf balcony is not a good idea. A previous dog had obviously "used" it. Overall, we loved the place and will try to stay there again when we next visit San Clemente.
