Perfect beach spot

A beautiful property with stunning views of the ocean. It had everything we needed for the comforts of home. The bed was super comfortable too! We had a wonderful time and hope to come back one day soon!

Can’t wait to go back

In all honesty I have no complaints. We enjoyed ourselves so much so that I actually tried to book it again for next week but sadly it was previously reserved. We will certainly try again in the very near future.

Wonderful condo near the beach

This easily accommodated myself and my 3 grown daughters. It is easy walking distance to the beach and comes with full supply beach paraphernalia including beach chairs. It even has nice outdoor showers; great for coming off the beach. It is one bedroom but has a Murphy bed that is a king size totally comfy bed. It has only one bathroom but 4 women survived just fine with just one bathroom. It has everything you need for a nice vacation get-away! We definitely would like to stay here again!!

Everything you need or want, plus!

We could not have been more pleased or pampered staying at this condo. Cathy and Peter maintained close contact and interest in our well-being and contentment. The condo is beautifully appointed, very clean, and homey. You’ll be thankful just for the parking spot alone but the accommodations and location right in the heart of where you want while in San Clemente is fantastic. Would stay here again and again. Home away from Home

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed as far as amenities and a little extra. Every detail was met when it come to everything you would have at your own home. It was conveniently 2 minutes from the beach and many great restaurants. We will definitely come back again and stay.

Amazing home with everything you need in a beautiful location with an ocean view!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. Upon entering the home we were welcomed with music playing and a refrigerator filled with a variety of drinks. The view from the patio is beautiful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine taking it all in. The amenities are beyond compare and include everything needed for a beach day, pet supplies, super comfortable beds and bedding, a kitchen stocked with everything you need, nicely decorated and comfortable living area... the list goes on! In addition, everything was high quality and in good condition. We parked our car and never had to move since everything we needed was in walking distance, with the beach being a quick 2 minute walk as well as restaurants, shops and a little market all close by. We definitely got our steps in. Our family had the best time and we will definitely be back! One last thing, the sunsets on the beach were amazing! Thank you Pete & Cathy. You are top-notch hosts!

Perfect vacation condo - with all the amenities!

The condo is in a great location. The entire space is perfectly designed with awesome extras, like a bidet with heated seat, Alexa in the kitchen for when you're too lazy to use your phone to check the weather and complementary coffee.

An Incredible Experience

We had an absolutely incredible time while staying at this property. It is wonderfully appointed, very clean, and offers so many little extras!! It’s a 2-minute walk to the pier/beach. We enjoyed dinner on the deck as the sun set over the ocean. What else could you ask for? We’ll definitely be back!!!

Lovely Condo in Pristine Location, however...

My husband and I were very excited and we were able to bring our dog with us and that was a plus! The location is Pristine! The condo is a lovely renovation with many high-end upgrades. Where the luster tarnished for us was that several unclean and damaged features were not done prior to our stay. We sent the owner pics and I am sure they will attend to them.

Beautiful home in great location

Our family stayed here for a short trip to San Clemente. Home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Extremely clean, with a lot of little thoughtful touches. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, etc. Will definitely return for another stay the next time we are in town.

Wifes birthday getaway

We stayed in unit #3 & 4. Both were very clean, &well equipped. The location is great, easy walk to the pier & restraunts. Ckeck in process is very easy. Minor complaint is the patio stools are not very comfortable. Something with padding & a back would be great. Other than that 5 star stay. Peter & Cathy were great hosts. I am now looking at future stays.
