For the most part, I would give them five stars, but I did have a few complaints on the menus. Every menu in the room says the restaurant opens up at 6:30 AM but no one in the staff there shows up until 7 AM. That was a little bit ridiculous. The area in general nothing opens until seven so if you’re an early riser, trying to get out the door at six, pilots airlines business, etc. good luck getting anything to eat.

Friendly staff and. The chapel architecture was stunning. We enjoy spas and the restaurant experience there .The room didn’t get a refresh for the 3 night we stayed. The trash can was full and out of toilet paper. We called housekeeping to get a room refresh or send up some fresh towel before we head out in the morning but when we came back at night the room still not clean and there was no fresh towel. For that we took off one star.. we could have given a 5 stars cause we really enjoy our stay..

The hotel was amazing! We spent most of the morning exploring the hotel and architecture. The staff was friendly and our catacomb tour was so much fun. We will definitely be booking a stay here very soon again.

The hotel was beautiful and very elegant. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The only downside was the shower—it was quite outdated and had very low water pressure. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.
