SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Antonio SeaWorld Lackland

I love the hotel the room was a good size the breakfast was delicious .. The only thing I didn't like was the pool inside and the size I think they should have a bigger pool and outdoor too other than that I love staying there and will again.

Item missing, the toilet kept running not fixed, dirty iron ruined pants, Pool is tiny.

I realize it was busy season, but there is a certain level a hotel should provide when you are pricing a $188 a night. Over booked, limited parking, gave us the wrong room. Felt like second class citizens. After staying here I never want to stay with Springhill Suites. By the way they were going to over charge us by $40 unless my wife saw they made the mistake. Orbitz is not who I am disgusted with but the hotel!!

The front desk staff was amazing. Johnny went above and beyond to make our stay nice not once but twice!!!! The nice lady(did not see her name) who set up the breakfast area also went above and beyond getting breakfast set out prior to the starting time for families head to LACKLAND AFB for Graduation events.

Came down to see my daughter graduate from basic training from the U. S. Air Force at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio. Staff at the hotel were very nice and very helpful. Rooms were very clean and lots of space. Would definitely recommend it and stay again myself.

Great place to stay with family. Great service, breakfast was good.

The hotel was great for the price, we enjoyed the rooms, the pool had way too much chlorine though.

Excellent accommodations. Easy access to expressway, shops and dining.

The hotel is right off the highway by a lot of shopping places. The restaurant next to it, within walking distance, is great and reasonable, especially if like steak. My room was a little tight, I would not recommend no more than 3 - 4 people in a room. We could hear children in the room on top us. It sound like they were moving furniture. I didn't think you could hear through the ceiling in a hotel. I had to report them twice to the front desk. The price we paid was reasonable, but I should have opt to pay more for a real suite with a kitchenette. We had a microwave and a frig. Even though the fridge was small, it was deep.

The hotel staff was super friendly. Was always greeted walking in and out. Always called a cab for us and the breakfast at wasn't bad at all!

Bathroon door was off the track and the bed was not to comfortable to us but, enjoyed the location and the hotel staff was courteous,

We stayed here after a long day at Sea World, the location was great and the hotel was just what our family needed.

The room and staff are amazing. I prefer a bigger pool and a better spread for breakfast. I like the location of this hotel.

Perfect, staff was very professional, breakfast was great, super clean and great location

My family and i had a great stay at the springhill suittes its a place that we will b staying at everytime we go visit sea world. I was pretty shocked and so was my kids we've stayed at 4 star hotels and 3 star and there set up wasn't as nice and comfortable and breath taking as soon as we walked in the rooms its was nice. And also was surprise they had an indoor pool. Two thumbs up

It was convienent to sea world and there were places like walmart and target nearby.

Absolutely the best stay ive had at a hotel . The staff was extremely friendly , my room was perfect , the location was perfect , better than some five star hotels in hawaii. Ill be back for sure . Just want to thank the staff at spring hill suites

Way too loud, trash in parking lot, too many young teens running around and did not feel safe

comfort. comfort. comfort! friendly staff. I liked that it was very modern and hip.

Excellent hotel if you're staying near San Antonio. The Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was immaculate!
