I was charged a 20 dollar pet fee when I got to the hotel when the website said pet friendly.
Beautifully decorated facility. Clean & comfortable room. Good breakfast.
This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and we stayed for 2 nights. The highlight of the hotel is the cleanliness, the bar with Happy Hour, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There were 2 issues with this recent stay and that’s the reason for the lower ranking. One: we purchased a toiletry from the front desk and went back up to our room only to find the item we purchased had been previously used. We went back down and returned the item and were able to exchange it for an unused/unopened item. Two: the fire alarm went off around 2:20am and was going off for a couple of minutes. We, along with several other guests on our floor, tried calling the front desk and went down to find out if there was any real threat (there wasn’t). Glad to know all was safe and the alarm works, but it was a downfall in our stay. Hopefully these were 2 rare occasions. We do plan on staying at this hotel again in the near future.
The hotel was very nice and clean but what made our experience even better was the super friendly and helpful staff. Some of them were in training but they were very eager to learn and did a great job getting us checked in, as well as at the bar.
New and clean facility. Easy access from I-35. The room was clean and nice. One major negative is the air conditioning. It does not start until you enter the room. So when you get there it is always hot and takes a while to cool off.
I loved the design of the building and the layout of the rooms. The pool was amazing! The front desk was not too friendly, the cleaning staff was HORRIBLE!!!! We had to ask the lady to change the bed sheets because were stained!! The lady only dropped off the new sheets and didn’t bother to make the bed. Breakfast was ok, the same meat for all our stay.
